Indrajit Sen

Indrajit comes with about 40 years of experience. He has spent bulk of his career thus far with media brands in print and out-of-home. His deep experience in the out-of-home industry in India and Europe led him to be one of the founders of Indian Outdoor Advertising Association (IOAA), the national, not-for-profit, industry trade organization. He currently functions as Chief Executive Officer&Consultant to IOAA. As such, his personal expert knowledge of all aspects of marketing strategy and communications is extensive and valued.He is also one of the few professionals in the Indian industry who has led both a Specialist O-O-H Advertising Agency as well as several large OOH Media Companies, with assets all over India including one of the top 4 airports in India. His expertise, integrity and passion for the industry and taking it to an organized and professional model is widely recognized by the OOH industry throughout the country.

- CEO, Indian Outdoor Advertising Association Ltd, the only national association of Indian Out-of Home Advertising industry, a body that Indrajit had helped establish and presently guides in establishing best practices, industry research and analytics, updating regulatory provisions together with Government bodies and other activities that promote the industry with positive perceptions amongst all stake-holders. He is very well connected with global O-O-H industry associations and key personalities involved.

Shriranga K. Sudhakara

With the intent of integrating, and unlocking the potential of creative and digital technology for out-of-home audiences, Shriranga K. Sudhakara started Vyoma Media in 2007. Under his stewardship, the company has organically grown to become one of India's most formidable players in the ad-tech industry. Given Shriranga's prolific line of understanding and vision of delivering the 'right message, to the right audience, at the right time', he and his team at Vyoma have made significant contributions in changing the way digital outdoor advertising in perceived in India.
Having completed his education from the University of Tulsa in 2002 Shriranga started his career with Way2Wealth Securities where he specialised in portfolio management services. During this time, he started to identify and deep dive into the depth and breadth of innovation in the space of digital out-of-home advertising especially within the mass transportation sector. In 2007 Shriranga's vision to bring a paradigm shift to the industry was realised when he partnered with the Indian Railways. With innovation and disruption at the core of the company, his long-term vision, is to bolster Vyoma Media's reputation of delivering scalable and milestone setting digital OOH work which is responsive, experiential, interactive and digitally connected.
Recently, Shriranga was also invited to be a part of NITI Aayog's Champions of Change initiative by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri. Narendra Modi.
A keen sportsman, he also represented India at tennis for the Juniors and played a number of ATP Challenger events.
Gautam Bhirani

A marketer at heart and entrepreneur by choice, Mr. Gautam Bhirani has extensive experience in Digitizing Ecosystems (DOOH), New Media Development, OOH Advertising, and Media Strategy.
In a short span of a decade, he has worked on all sides of trade and has established his presence in India’s flourishing Out of Home Advertising industry with innovative and one-of- a-kind platforms.
As a business advisor, he has closely worked with companies from India and South Asia, including top corporates like Reliance Industries, for media strategies. He has been actively involved in contractual consulting and been a trusted counsellor for media start-ups in the country.
Using his deep understanding of Out of Home Landscape, Technology and Social Media Marketing, in his latest endeavour BarTalk India he has engineered India’s first Realtime Social Display Network , which also marks his foray as an investor.
When he is not wracking his brain over work, Gautam enjoys reliving his passion for cricket, an ex- sportsman he keeps himself fit by practicing calisthenics and unwinds his day on the piano.
Gerald Jaideep

Mr. Gerald Jaideep is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Creative Sprout Media Private Limited & CEO of Medvarsity Online Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Simplilearn Solutions Private Limited since November 2014. A startup specialist, Jaideep has worked for most of his 21-year career in the startup sector. He started his career with an entrepreneurial venture and founded his own company called as Quadrant Creations and in 2012 his second venture Colorshots.
Apart from being a startup evangelist, Jaideep has also worked with established companies like Logica PLC (a CGI Company) in India &UK , mobile application services provider Ducont.com in the Middle East as a principal consultant and as an innovation strategist with Erehwon Innovation Consulting Pvt. Ltd. University & State Level Badminton player and an avid photographer, Nishith KL Bhandarkar is an all-round marketing & media professional with over 2 decades of experience in creative thinking, brand solution & communication.
