Prior, he was the CEO of Reliance Entertainment's Big Synergy - and is credited with a legacy of creating 5,000+ hours of path-breaking original content for TV & OTT platforms.
Previously, he has been instrumental in the turnaround of Discovery Networks’ India & South Asia. And in the 13 years at Discovery, he has accomplished many a milestones and has built its entire 11-channel portfolio and garnered undisputed 10-year leadership for the Discovery Channel.
Prior to Reliance, Rajiv was the CMO of Intex Technologies, where he envisioned the Go-To-Market strategy across its product verticals i.e. Mobile Phones, TVs, ACs, Washing Machines and Accessories achieving “a unit sale every second”

Pankaj Singh Parihar, is a digital business leader, with over 19 years of experience, including the last 15 yrs in the Digital industry. He heads digital center of excellence & digital transformation at GCPL & guides various Godrej Group of companies in their digital journey. Before joining Godrej group, Pankaj was a VP and Business head – at OmnicomMediaGroup (OMD | PHD) India, and was also business head for Unilever India digital business & other key clients, for Omnicom group. Vijayaraghavan Venugopal, CEO of Aeronutrix Sports Products Private Limited. He is a co-founder of the company and has been instrumental in building the Fast&Up brand in India. He has over 17 years of business experience in diverse fields which includes pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Information Technology. He has been responsible for business development in multiple geographies including the Triad (USA, Europe and Japan) He has worked with TekFriday, Dr Reddy's, Lupin and Emcure in different senior management roles. He was Lupin's country head in China for three years. He is a mechanical engineer and an MBA in international business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi.
Vijay is passionate about sports and is an avid marathoner. He is one of the fastest amateur marathoners in the country having participated in sub 3-hour marathons, 5 times in majors cities of the world like Boston, Chicago and Berlin. He believes sports brings a lot of inherent skillsets to building a business, and he thoroughly enjoys leveraging them in his current role.

He played a pivotal role in shaping up Big Bazaar and went on to lead marketing function for Big Bazaar and most future group retail businesses across lifestyle and value segment
He also played a key role in repositioning FBB. Today FBB is a leading fashion retail chain in India.
After retail, his next stint was in housing at TATA Housing. He was heading Marketing and Product development function for India and International market. As part of TATA’s vision to provide homes for India at large, the first step towards that was to use the fastest growing digital platform and sell homes online, bringing about a revolution in real estate industry.
