Having completed his graduation from NIT, Calicut in the Computer Science department, Musthafa went on to work with companies like Motorola and Citibank. He is also an alumnus of IIM- Bangalore. Mr. Musthafa has been conferred several awards including India Today Make in India Award, JCI National Award, Vocational Excellence Award and Entrepreneur India Award amongst others. He is also part of Prime Minister's "Champions of Change" team with a vision to build a new India by 2022 and was recently invited to speak about his inspirational entrepreneurial journey at the UN Headquarters.

Kartik Sharma is the Managing Director - India and South Asia, Wavemaker. Prior to Wavemaker, he was the Managing Director of Maxus, South Asia.
Having completed his MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 1995, Kartik began his career with HTA as a Media Planner on the Unilever Business. He moved to Lintas as Channel Planning Director from 1997, where he continued to work on Unilever, in addition to clients like Bajaj Auto, Raymonds etc. In 2000 Kartik joined Mindshare where he was a Planning Director from 2000-03. He was in Madison from 2003-07, heading Madison Media Research Center. Kartik has been a part of Maxus since 2007 and looked after the West region from Mumbai. He is an extremely result- oriented achiever with excellent track record of handling key client relationships for prestigious brands including Vodafone, L’oreal, Tata Sky, Shopper’s Stop to name a few.

Rashmi Daga laid the foundation of one of the most exciting food tech companies- FreshMenu in September 2014. Armed with a richexperience in spearheading and managing several start-up’s and diverse businesses, she wants to bring the best of food on customer’s table. Aimed at rescuing food- seekers from mundane meals, FreshMenu is on a constant quest to whip-up interesting food options in the kitchensspread out across the city that deliver freshly cooked food to the doorsteps of its customers.
Armed with an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, Rashmi started her career as a Business Manager at IBM in 2003 where she handled an extensive portfolio of corporate and government clients. She then went on to enjoy successful tenures at LifeScan (One of the fastest growing franchise of Johnson & Johnson) and TutorVista.
Rashmi started her entrepreneurial journey with Afday.com, an online business which focused on selling curated art and craft products. During this period, she developed a network of artists across India.
Subsequently, Rashmi has also worked with segment leaders such as Bluestone.com and Olacabs. At Bluestone, she launched successful offline sales strategies like small format guidestores and home-trial that saw significantly higher customer conversions than online sales. At OlaCabs, Rashmi was responsible for strategic alliances with several online travel companies as well as large corporates to accelerate the sales.
This width of experiences across industries and leading names has equipped Rashmi to scale and build a formidable brand with FreshMenu in the Indian food-tech market.
Rashmi enjoys listening to Bollywood classics and cooking. She lives in Bangalore with her husband and daughter.

With over 15 years industry experience at his disposal, he specializes in brand strategy, consumer insights, visibility strategies and has been instrumental in conceiving, designing and implementing product and marketing initiatives.
