S Ravi Kant
Chief Executive Officer- Watched and Accessories, Titan Company Limited.
S Ravi Kant heads the Watches & Accessories business of the Company as its CEO and Executive Vice President. He also handles the additional responsibility of leading Corporate Communications for the Company.
Kant completed his Masters in Business Management from FMS Delhi in 1982 and started his career with HCL, handling different sales and marketing responsibilities. He joined Titan in 1988 as Head - Direct Marketing and moved on to head Retailing, followed by Exports and also set up the watch assembly plant in Dehradun as Project Leader. Till 2005, Kant managed the Middle East and Africa operations for watches, jewellery and fragrances as MD of Titan International (ME), based at Dubai. He subsequently moved back to the Company headquarters at Bangalore and took over the International Business Division – managing both businesses – watches and jewellery in over 25 countries. Kant then moved to set up a new business of the Company as CEO- Eyewear and established Titan Eye Plus as a national chain of optical stores backed by a state-of-the-art lens manufacturing facility. He took over the watches business in 2015.

Abhishek Ganguly leads PUMA’s India business. He was appointed as the Managing Director in 2014, and has since grown India revenues by 70% while leading PUMA to become the largest brand in the space of sports and lifestyle in India. Under Ganguly’s leadership, India has become the eighth largest market for PUMA globally, opened a 100 new stores and entered 40 new markets across the country.
PUMA established India operations in 2006, and currently has 355 exclusive stores across 120 cities. Ganguly was part of the founding team which established the business in India. PUMA was one of the first brands to focus on the women’s segment, by providing a wide array of apparel and footwear that is high on performance and style.
A leader who thrives in adversity, Ganguly always encourages his team to push the envelope in terms of performance. He is very passionate about sports and fitness, and fervently stands for promoting this cause. He advocates that sports has to reach the grassroots for the overall development of the country.
Ganguly is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. He is also an active of Indian Angel Network and in his individual capacity invests in and mentors promising start ups. Other than Sports and Retail, he is actively interested in Technolgy and New Age media & content space.

Mr. Arjun Ranga is CEO of N. Ranga Rao & Sons the manufacturer of Cycle Pure Agarbathies which is India’s largest brand of Agarbathies. N. Ranga Rao & Sons is the flagship company of NR Group. Established as a cottage industry in 1948, NR Group is today an Agarbathi to Aerospace conglomerate head quartered in Mysuru and managed by the third generation of the Ranga family.
Mr. Arjun has an engineering degree from SJCE, Mysuru, an MBA from Thunderbird, USA and certifications in many professional development courses. He worked and managed a variety of assignments before taking over the reins of Cycle Pure Agarbathies from his father in 2005.
N. Ranga Rao & Sons is currently the only agarbathi manufacturing establishment to have Carbon Neutral certification and theiragarbathies are exported to over 65 countries.
Under Arjun's able leadership, the Group has recently ventured into the online space with ‘Soulveda’, a portal that aims to encourage people to engage with their inner spirituality to spread happiness and well-being.
Another initiative, PurePrayer is an App that helps to connect devotees to divine and one more App PurePuja that supports and imparts guidance on our puja traditions.
Women empowerment and education for the betterment of society at large is an important activity of NR Group’s philanthropic arm, the NR Foundation. Ranga Rao Memorial Residential School for visually impaired girls in Mysore, is managed entirely by NR foundation under the guidance and support of the Ranga family.
Arjun Ranga is also now the Vice president of All India Agarbathi Manufacturers Association and the Chairman of CII, Mysore Chapter.

A seasoned marketing professional, Rajesh joined Diageo in 2007 and now leads business, cricket operations for RCB & also heads the brand extension business for Diageo India. Srivats TS is the Vice President - Marketing at Swiggy, India’s largest food ordering and delivery platform. With over 12 years of experience across consumer companies and tech startups, he is responsible for driving growth, brand love and consumer adoption through marketing, branding and digital strategies at Swiggy.
Prior to Swiggy, Srivats was with Quikr where he led digital brand marketing. Before Quikr, he was with Nokia where he held roles in brand marketing, consumer insights, and organized trade. Aarti Iyer brings with her more than 15 years of expertise in the field of Marketing and Brand Communications. She has been working with UNIBIC Foods Pvt. Ltd since January 2017, spearheading its marketing operations.
She started her professional career in 2002 at some of India's premier agencies such as R.K Swamy BBDO and JWT. Iyer successfully ran an advertising consultancy firm, CYAN BrandWorks, between 2009 and 2016. Chief Marketing Officer, Lenovo India
Amit Doshi is the Chief Marketing Officer at Lenovo, the world’s largest PC maker and an emerging PC+ leader. In his current role, he is responsible for handling the master brand and elevating it to the next level of profitable growth through a series of focused marketing efforts. He leads the marketing activities for all three business segments for Lenovo India, viz. Consumer, Commercial, SMB and Tablets. Since 2013, when he joined Lenovo, he has been a significant contributor to the business and establishing the Lenovo brand in tablets and smartphones.

Amitabh Pande is Marketing Head, IKEA India, for IKEA India, with functional responsibility for Strategy, Planning and Insights. He joined IKEA 2 years ago, and has worked closely with the team to launch IKEA in India, helping create the communication strategy, the communication idea and plan for launch, the affordability strategy for the range, the long term brand direction, the setting up insights processes for measuring and tracking brand performance, and overall being the Indian consumer’s voice in ongoing decision-making.

Meera Iyer is the Chief Marketing Officer at Medlife.com, India’s largest online healthcare technology solution, where she leads the mandate for customer businesses. Iyer dived into the world of marketing in 2004. She began her career as an Area Sales and Customer manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited where she managed the Foods and Beverages business for Karnataka. Panditrao is an engineer from the Govt. College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and started his career as a software developer with Infosys. While at COEP, he was the recipient of the coveted “Best Outgoing Student” award and received several scholarships including the J.N. Tata Endowment. Post Infosys, Panditrao pursued his higher studies at Purdue University where he closely worked with the Krannert School of Management on Supply Chain Benchmarking. He later continued to work in the US at several manufacturing, consulting and technology firms for five years before returning to India in 2007. During this period, Panditrao witnessed the growth in eCommerce in the US from a very nascent stage to massive scale.

This led to a series of amazing marketing stints at Parle Agro, Unilever, Abbott and Baskin Robbins that involved categories that ranged from beverages to ice creams to skin care to make up to fashion to OTC drugs.
She won the Young Marketers award at Cannes three years in a row – the only marketer in the world to have achieved this. A trained classical vocalist, a voracious reader, a voluntary teacher, she is also very proud of the kitchen garden that she has curated in her apartment balcony. Bitten by the wanderlust, she traversed across the length and breadth of the country and briefly overseas to author her first work of fiction.
