DIGITAL ACE AWARDS

A new initiative by exchange4media, India’s largest publisher of online and print publications on advertising, media and marketing,
e4m Digital Ace Awards recognise inspiring leadership, management excellence, outstanding business performance,
and overall achievements in digital marketing.

The awards are open to all agencies that focus on creating digital marketing communication for its clients. That includes digital marketing, media, advertising, creative, digital, PR, independent and other specialist agencies with operations or clients in India.
They could be in the area of paid and organic search, social, content, retargeting, performance display,
feed management, email marketing, conversion rate optimization or any other.

1. EXCELLENCE IN USE OF GAMING Given to agencies for display of effective and innovative uses of eSports and gaming on digital channels for its clients.

17. STARTUP OF THE YEAR This category is for individual agencies that are less than three years old on July 31, 2020. Judges will be looking for examples of how the new entity has set out to solve a need in the market, has been creative and innovative in terms of strategy and has managed to cut through and build profile in a crowded field.

How to Enter

All entries should be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. The maximum number of slides should not exceed 20. The section titles should be clearly mentioned while making the presentation(refer to the entry guidelines under categories). If the same isn’t adhered to, the Jury and Adsert Web Solutions, can disqualify an entry.

Payment Methods

  • All entries are payable in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • A separate fee is to be paid for each entry.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • Entry fees are due upon submission of entry.
  • Entry submissions which are not paid for will not be presented to the jury and Adsert Web Solutions Pvt Ltd will retain the right to claim for unpaid entry fees.

Instructions for Submitting Entries

Entry Format
All entries must be submitted online using the prescribed template for various categories.

Layout
You can design your own format for the entry as long as all sections are included and all guidelines are followed.

Images for Awards AV
Three images in high resolution are required to be submitted to showcase your entry if awarded.

The following agency, team and individual categories are required to submit individual team or photo depending on the category.
Categories 15, 17, 18. 19. 20, 21. 22, 23, 24, 25.

Summary

A summary of up to 200 words to be submitted via the online entry form. The summary should be about your entry and demonstrate why you should win.

The supporting material allows you to provide any videos, data results or examples of the actual work carried out and should be in digital format only.

Video Submission/Microsite

  • The case video can be a supporting material to your written submission. You can insert the hyperlink to the supporting material box and select URL links. Alternatively, you can include the links in your written submission.
  • Case film or any video submissions must be uploaded to public platforms such as YouTube (set as unlisted) or Vimeo
  • The microsite/URL links must be live from 21 August 2020 to 30 November 2020.
  • Please provide password if required for viewing.
  • Adsert Web Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the rights to publish the video wholly or in part.

Language

  • All materials in languages other than English must be submitted with a translation. For videos, please provide transcripts or subtitles.
  • Only support materials supplied with the entry will be used in the event of an entry being shortlisted or awarded.
  • Entrants will not be asked for additional supporting materials after entry submission.
