The submission of the Entry form assumes that you have carefully read the enba 2018 terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
1. The ENTRY SUBMISSION WILL OPEN from 1st November 2018.
2. The entry form for enba 2018 is available online and must only be entered online.
3. Kindly upload the video on YouTube Channel and the video should be the best montage which u want jury to see (length should not exceed more than 90 seconds) and copy the URL in the entry form. For Regional Languages the video must contain Sub titles in English.
4. Entries are invited in English only and all forms must be filled in English.
5. Please be careful while filling out the Entry form as any incorrect and incomplete submission will work against your entry at the time of judging.
6. Please be sure to provide absolutely clear and correct information in the forms as the same would be used in our edit pieces, on the trophies and in any sort of promotions.
7. Each entry must be certified by the Editor-in-Chief/ CEO/ Authorized Signatory. The backgrounder note submitted along with the form should also bear the company seal.
8. Entrants can submit unlimited entries in all categories but a separate entry fee will be charged for every entry.
9. To be eligible for enba 2018, the entry should have aired between 0000 hrs, November 1, 2017 and 1159 hrs, October 31, 2018.
10. The entry may be submitted by an individual or an organization.
11. Please provide a soft copy of a clear recent photograph (high resolution) of the entrant for each submission in the Personality Awards category.
12. Please provide a soft copy of high resolution EPS/PDF file of the company logo.
13. Entries must be submitted by 22nd December 2018.
14. All shortlisted entries may not become final winners
15. Please make your submission concise but provide enough relevant background information to enable the judges to make an informed choice.
16. Decision by the jury is final & binding

The Jury process will be Two-tier
Pre- Screening: The Screening Council will preview and score all entries. The Top 5 Finalists under each category (except for Overall Excellence) will move onto the next round of judging.
Final Jury meet: After pre-screening, from the selected shortlist under each category, judges will select a Gold winner for every category.
The Jury decision will be final. In the event of a conflict of interest, the concerned jury member will abstain from judging the category.

Originality- The information is presented in a unique, skilful and imaginative way, with a distinctive approach or angle.
Presentation- Is engaging with emphasis on nature and quality of visual material along with the story structure.
Clarity- The purpose of the reportage is clear (e.g. increased awareness, change in perception or attitudes, call-to-action) and the significance of the subject matter for the viewer is apparent and the marketing activities done needs to be well defined and clear too.
Analysis- There is depth and quality of research & consultation backing the analysis and presentation of the information.
Context- The story is pertinent, timely, accurate, and helps address a current issue or opportunity facing or affecting viewers at large at the time.

Deepa Gahlot is a critic, columnist, editor, blogger, author and curator. She writes extensively on cinema, theatre, the arts, women's issues for several publications and websites. She has won the National Award for Best Film Criticism, edited several cinema journals. Her work has appeared in anthologies on women's studies and cinema--Bollywood Popular Indian Cinema, Behind the Scenes of Hindi Cinema A Visual Journey through the Heart of Bollywood, Janani, Bollywood's Top 20: Superstars of Indian Cinema, Legends of Indian Silver Screen: The Winners of Dadasaheb Phalke Award (1992-2014). Pradeep was also associated with the print medium for 29 years and was President and Executive Director of The Times of India Group. At The Times of India, Pradeep was the Publisher of The Times of India, Femina and Filmfare brands for 10 years. Pradeep was also associated with many bodies in the field of media, marketing and advertising – as President of the Indian Newspaper Society, Chairman of the National Readership Studies Council, President of the Advertising Club Bombay and the first Chairman of the Broadcast Audience Research Council. Subodh had developed Strategic partnership with China Centre for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) the main scope of work for CCIEE is to conduct research on major international and domestic economic issues, to conduct international exchanges and cooperation, to provide government with intellectual support.
Conceived and supported the biggest media & entertainment city in India & signed support agreement with host state in India and with international consortium.
Subodh enjoys very strong and long relationships at strategic levels across the world and enjoys special relationships and confidence of business and political leaders in India, South East Asia, Africa, Middle East and East Europe.
Also served as Member on the Boards/ Advisory Boards of several Public and Private Companies straddling a wide spectrum of industries including media & entertainment, infrastructure, IT, fashion etc.
Subodh has been in past - special advisor to the ‘Olusegun Obasanjo’ foundation, founded by the former president of Nigeria, which is involved in the advancement of human security throughout Africa. The Advisory committee of Indo European Business forum.

As CEO of Omnicom Media Group India, Harish Shriyan oversees the continued growth and performance of the group’s agencies, namely OMD and PHD, across four offices in India. He is also responsible for driving the further expansion of the agencies across the country, to accommodate fresh growth.
Having been with the group since its establishment in India in 2007, and served as its Chief Operating Officer, Harish has developed an unrivalled understanding of its agencies’ niche offerings amidst a highly competitive marketplace. In his current role, Harishworks closely with the leadership of OMD and PHD, Priti Murthy and Jyoti Bansal respectively, fuelling the agencies’ continued growth, driving digital transformation and innovation for its clients, and delivering exceptional performance in the Indian market.
Over the past decade, Harish has played an integral role in establishing Omnicom Media Group’s presence in the Indian market, guiding the agencies' leadership through a period of great change and to some exceptional new business wins. His efforts have recently been commended by the International Advertising Association (IAA) of India, having been named 'Media Agency Leader of the Year' at the IAA Leadership Awards 2018.
I am a senior corporate professional with extensive experience at CEO and Board level with globally leading companies in the financial services, fast moving consumer goods and retained executive search sectors. I have worked for over 35 years in India and internationally with a number of the worlds premier firms, including as CEO and MD, Aviva life Insurance India, VP and Business Director, Citigroup, India, Head of Marketing Levant and Gulf, HSBC, Senior Vice President, India and South Asia, Gillette, Marketing Manager , Proctor& Gamble India and Director, Hindustan Times.
The last phase of my career was spent initially with a global top ten Executive Search firm, and Later with Sheffield Haworth, a global leader in the financial services human resources advisory and strategic recruitment space. At Sheffield Haworth I was the co promoter and Executive Chairman of the India company and then moved to New York as Vice Chairman, Americas, of the US operation.
Over the course of my career I have sat on multiple Boards, including Aviva Life Insurance, KK Birla group companies, TVIndia, Dalmia Industries, Gujarat Heavy Chemicals, Sheffield Haworth India and Gillette group companies.
My skills, competencies and expertise include:
One, extensive new business start up experience, taking businesses from greenfield stage to launch and early growth stage of life cycle. I was a prime mover in launching the Gillette Company in India, Aviva Life Insurance, Sheffield Haworth and Go for I, ,a joint venture between Chase Capital Partners and the Hindustan Times Group. The range of activities I was involved in included conducting Government liasion pulling in Investors, securing regulatory approvals, recommending the choice of technology, making greenfield investments in plant and hard assets, sourcing suppliers, recruiting management teams, preparing Strategic Business Plans, Marketing plans and Operating Plans, and launching the business.
Two, ground level operating experience across multiple geographies, including India, Bangladesh, the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the erstwhile USSR, and the United States.
Three, very strong strategic skills, reflected in my understanding of business strategy and the selection of appropriate product-segment-business strategies in competitive marketplaces.
Four, a particular ability to identify, appraise, nurture and develop top quality managerial talent During my business career, I have demonstrated an ability to very quickly spot talent and have promoted the career of an array of people , a large number of who have gone on on to become country CEO's, regional CEO's and even global CEO's of multinational corporations. I number at least 20 individuals in this frame. I continue to have excellent relationships with many of them.
Five, a remarkable network of connections, across business and Industry as well as Government I am known to and respected by a wide cross section of senior executives and the bureaucracy, and can create effective access to decision makers and influencers. I have relationships at global CEO level with a number of high profile internationally visible executives. Finally, superb communication skills. I am widely acknowledged as one of the better communicators and orators in the Country, and have received a plethora of awards for this skill starting from my University days. 1 am the President of the Debating Society of India, have won internationally promoted Debate events and have been honored by Pakistan, when I was invited as Chief Guest to their National Youth Debate Championship, a first for an Indian.
I am a keen golfer, a fitness enthusiast,a regular bridge player, and a world traveller, I have an MBA from XLRI, and have received additional training from liM Ahmedabad, Ashridge College UK, And the Darden School of business. I have been guest faculty and have spoken on multiple occasions at liMA, XLRI, FMS and the Booth School of Business Chicago.
I am currently occupied with promoting the activities of the Debating Society of India, am the President of the Rotary Club of Delhi Garden City, Director General of the Delhi Golf Society and Chairman of the Advisory Board of SIFT Capital, a leading Mutual Funds Distributor.
