Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media Pvt Ltd
Shashi Sinha - CEO, Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media Pvt Ltd
Mr Shashi Sinha is the Chief Executive Officer of Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media Private Limited. Today, besides being one of the key management functionaries of our Company, he also stands tall as an industry veteran and one of the leading thinkers and practitioners in the fast emerging Out-of-Home media domain.
He has been a thorough media professional. Having studied at Times School of Marketing, New Delhi, his exposure to media commenced at a very early age. Long job stints at The Times of India Group, both in RMD and Response exposed him to the Product and Sales side of print-media business. Almost a decade-long journey at Laqshya Group has afforded him opportunities to helm almost all the business verticals of our Company.
Mr Sinha has risen to the top wading through the entire spectrum of business of media in different roles as front line salesperson, as brand manager and as business head. But, he remains a quintessential ‘salesman’. He believes Sales is the most important function in the entire business universe. Sales for him is an extremely intellectual process as it is an excruciatingly mechanical one. The success, however depends on customer-delight. How you conceive of value propositions and how you deliver them for a profit, keeping the customer delighted so that she keeps coming back for more.
He is a man who is unafraid of professing radical views as he is someone who completely rejects the concept of ‘work-life balance’ and replaces it with ‘work-life continuum’. And he is a man who draws life-lessons from unusual observations – like his lessons drawn from the concept of ‘entropy’ as contained in the second law of thermodynamics, is his constant moral guide!
