Chairman, Dabur India Ltd
Mohit Burman is the Chairman of Dabur India Ltd, the world’s largest Ayurvedic and Natural healthcare Company. A 138-year-old Indian consumer goods major, Dabur operates in over 120 countries, providing employment to more than 7,000 people and generating Revenues in excess of Rs 10,800 Crore.
A fifth-generation member of the Burman family, promoters of Dabur India Ltd, Mohit is the driving force behind the family’s foray into several sunrise sectors. He led the family’s acquisition of majority stake in dry cell battery maker Eveready Industries, and Punjab Tractors Limited, which was later sold off to M&M. He was also instrumental in the Burman family’s entry into the Life Insurance sector in a joint venture with Aviva Plc.
A sports enthusiast, Mr. Burman is also promoter and co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Punjab Kings.
Mohit is a firm believer of conducting business with highest corporate governance standards. He has been helping set and evolve the strategic direction for the various business ventures floated by him and the Burman family, while nurturing the strong professional leadership teams across businesses to drive its execution. He has been actively involved in expanding Dabur India’s presence in the overseas markets and has played a critical role in key acquisitions by Dabur India, both in India and in the overseas markets.
He sits on the Board of several companies, including Aviva India, Punjab Kings, Eveready Industries, Universal Sompo, Dabur India Limited and Burman Hospitality. Previously, he was on the board of Mahindra Forgings, which has now been rechristened Mahindra CIE.
Mohit started his career with Welbeck Property Partnership London and then joined Dabur Finance Ltd. a company specializing in fund and fee-based financial activities.
He is equally active on the social front and is involved in a variety of welfare activities to improve the quality of life of weaker sections of the society. Mohit stays in Delhi and his hobbies include Water Sports, Riding, Theatre and Cricket.
Ashwin Khasgiwala

Ashwin Khasgiwala is Chief Operations Controller of Reliance Retail Limited which is India’s largest Retail Company and is also a Director of Reliance Brands Limited. He has held several senior positions in Reliance Group including CFO of Reliance Retail. Harish Bhat
Brand Custodian, Tata Sons
Harish Bhat is the Brand Custodian at Tata Sons. In this role, he leads marketing and brand development for TATA, which is India’s most valuable brand. In addition, he is the Chairman of Tata Coffee Ltd., and a Director on the Boards of some Tata group companies, including Trent, Tata Starbucks, Infiniti Retail (Croma), and Tata AIA Life Insurance Company.
Harish began his career in the Tata group in 1987, as an officer in the Tata Administrative Service. During his career spanning 35 years with the Tata group, he has held several senior roles. These include stints as the Managing Director and CEO of Tata Global Beverages, and as Chief Operating Officer of the Watches and Jewellery businesses of Titan Company.
Harish has played a key role in the nurturing of many iconic brands of the Tata group, such as Titan, Fastrack, Tanishq and Tata Tea. He played a key role in the successful turnaround of the jewellery business, and in the milestone acquisition of Tetley.
Harish is a prolific writer. He has four published books to his credit, including the national bestsellers “Tata Log” and “#Tata Stories”, and his only book of fiction titled “An extreme love of coffee”. He is a regular columnist for national Indian newspapers such as Hindu Business Line and Mint.
Harish holds a graduate degree in engineering from BITS, Pilani, and has completed his post graduate studies in business at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He won the IIM Ahmedabad Gold Medal for Scholastic Excellence in 1987. A decade later, he was selected for the Chevening Scholarship for young managers, awarded by the British Government. In 2017, he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from BITS Pilani. In 2019, LinkedIn selected him as one of their Top Voices in India. In 2022, Forbes listed him as one of the world’s top ten most influential Chief Marketing Officers.
Harish is an incorrigible foodie and a fitness enthusiast. His wife, Veena, is a data scientist. They have a daughter, Gayatri.
Mrunmay Mehta

Mrunmay Mehta is the Chief Operating Officer of the Leading D2C Beauty and Wellness brand WOW Skin Science for its India as well as international business. At WOW Skin Science, he closely works with the Co- founders and key investors to shape the company’s vision and accelerate growth. Mehta leads functions across online/offline GTM, D2C platform CX and growth, performance and brand marketing, finance, supply chain, customer service, HR and international expansion.
Mehta joined WOW Skin Science after a 4+ year stint at Amazon India as the Category Leader (General Manager) for their Beauty, Personal Care and Luxury Beauty business, wherein he led cross functional teams across category management, CX/product development, digital & content marketing, brand/vendor relations, store merchandising along with overall strategic planning and P&L delivery. Before joining Amazon, he was the Director for Beauty & Personal Care strategy for South Asia at Unilever. Mehta has led multiple roles at Unilever across brand innovation development, brand building, P&L/General Management, and was instrumental in turning around mass brands such as Lifebuoy and Breeze and driving accelerated penetration growth for premium brands like Dove, Pears and Axe. In addition to the above, he has also worked at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd with stints across sales and marketing.
Ram Mehrotra

Mr. Ram Mehrotra has been with Kansai Nerolac since 1998 and brings with him more than two decades of sectoral experience.
While in Kansai Nerolac he has held variety of roles in the sales and marketing domain. He started his journey at Kansai Nerolac as Area Sales Manager, Ludhiana and then took on the role of Regional Sales Manager for the eastern market. In March 2004 he became the Division Sales Manager and got further promoted as General Manager Sales in May 2006. In April 2012, he was handed over the responsibility of managing Marketing Operations of the company as General Manager. He has seen through complete Corporate identity transformation on completion of 100 years of Kansai Nerolac Paints in India during 2020 & has various successful campaigns and new product launches to his credit during his tenure.
As part of Management Committee member, he currently holds a larger role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kansai Nerolac, Decorative Paints since October 2015.
