Sanjeev Srinivasan is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Bharti AXA General Insurance, since December 21, 2016. Sanjeev had joined Bharti AXA General Insurance on August 09, 2016 as the Chief Commercial and Principal Officer.
He is a seasoned insurance industry professional with a stellar track record of over 20 years of experience,spanning both Life and General Insurance, manufacturing and logistics. He previously worked with ICICI Lombard, where he was heading Marketing, Bancassurance and eBusiness in his last assignment. Sanjeev played a pivotal role in developing the direct sales, agency sales, bancassurance and digital channels of ICICI Lombard. He was also responsible for the brand, marketing corporate communication and PR function. He has earlier worked with leading companies including Fullerton India Credit Limited, ING Life Insurance, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Xerox India Limited and DHL Worldwide.
Sanjeev is a post graduate in management, and graduate in science with statistics as a specialization.
Ms Vibha Padalkar has been associated with HDFC Life since August 2008. Ms Padalkar qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1992. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Prior to her appointment with our Company, she has worked in varied sectors such as global Business Process Outsourcing, global FMCG and in an international audit firm.
Ms Padalkar was recently honoured the 'CA CFO - Insurance Sector' award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and by Business Today for the second consecutive year, as being amongst the 'Top 30 most powerful women in business'. She was also conferred the 'CFO-woman of the year' award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011 and for "Excellence in Financial Control, Compliance and Corporate Governance" by IMA, India in 2013.
Suresh Narayanan has over 35 years of rich and exhaustive experience in the FMCG Industry and has held Senior Management and Top Leadership roles in leading global companies. He is on the Board of Directors of Nestlé India Limited from 1st August, 2015. Mr. Narayanan was Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Philippines prior to joining Nestlé India in 2015 and was appointed Chairman of the Board from October 2015.
Mr. Narayanan was Managing Director of Nestlé Singapore Pte. Ltd., from 2008 to 2010. During his time, the overall business in Singapore witnessed sustained growth amidst the economic downturn. He was awarded the Medal of Commendation by the Government of Singapore in 2010, for excellence in employee relations during this challenging period. He moved to Nestlé Egypt as Chairman and CEO and Head of NEAR, where his initiatives resulted in significant business growth and investments despite the turbulence and volatility faced by the region at this time.
Mr. Narayanan joined Nestlé in 1999 as Executive Vice President for Sales in India, where he spearheaded major structural and strategic changes in Sales and Customer Management and set up the chilled dairy business. He moved to Nestlé Indochina in 2003, as Executive Director for Sales, Marketing and Food-Services, covering the countries of Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam. Two years later in 2005, he returned to Nestlé India as Head of Sales for India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Mr. Narayanan began his career as a Management Trainee with Hindustan Unilever, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He has also worked with Colgate Palmolive in India.
Mr. Narayanan holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and has a Diploma from the IMD (Lausanne) Program for Executive Development. He has participated in the Nestlé Leadership Program of the London Business School. He has been on various Industry Forums including being the Vice Chairman of ECR – Thailand, Member of the Council of Singapore Manufacturers Association (SMa), Co-Chair of the Trade & Industry Committee of American Chamber, Cairo and Member of the Advisory Board of the American University of Cairo (AUC) Business School. He is currently the Chairman of Food Processing Committee of CII.
He has delivered talks at NASSCOM forums, various Corporates, NUS School of Business-Singapore, American University–Cairo, Columbia University, Business Schools in India, Naval War College, Army War College, CII-Young India Forum and Indian Army’s Training Command in Shimla.
Suresh has been honoured at the Forbes India Leadership Awards 2017 as the Best CEO in the Multinational category.

Mr. Ashok Ramachandran is the Chief Executive Officer, Schindler India & South Asia wherein he is responsible for the Operations including that of Factory and the R&D facility.
Ashok got his Engineering Degree from University of Madras in Instrumentation & Control and completed his master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. His journey with Schindler started in Australia in 2006 as a Quality Engineer working on Process Improvement and ISO audits. Later he moved on to become the MD of Schindler Vietnam in 2012 and then MD of Schindler Malaysia and Brunei in 2016.

Harish Kohli is an Acer India veteran, with almost 20 years in the company. He joined Acer as General Manager - Sales in July 1999. Shantanu joined Pidilite in 2018 to lead the Consumer Products Business which includes the Arts, Stationery & Fabric Division and the Maintenance Division, comprising brands like Fevicol MR, Fevistik, Fevicryl, Fevikwik, M-Seal, Steelgrip.
In this role, Shantanu’s remit is to further expand the reach of Pidilite’s Consumer Division to new consumers with new products in new categories through intensive consumer insighting, and enhanced reach.
Prior to Pidilite, Shantanu worked for more than 15 years with Reckitt Benckiser (RB), of which half were spent at the Global Headquarters in the UK, and in Europe. At RB, Shantanu worked on Brands such as Harpic and Lysol before moving to the UK as Global Brand Marketing Manager, Dettol and Lysol. In his last assignment at RB, he was Marketing Director of the RB Business in Portugal.
Following that, Shantanu spent 10 years at HT Media, first heading Marketing for the flagship Hindustan Times brand, and then being the Business Head for HT Delhi. Thereafter, Shantanu moved as the Chief Digital Officer of the HT Media Group and led the newly created HT Digital Streams company as CEO to bring together all the Digital Content businesses across the HT Media Group.
A Post Graduate in Management from IIM-Calcutta and an Engineering Graduate from IIT–Kharagpur, Shantanu did an Advanced Management Program at the Saïd School of Business at Oxford University in 2007.

Born and brought up in Jamshedpur, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 1991.
Started his career with Asian Paints (I) Ltd. and thereafter joined Lab Garnier, a division of L’Oreal in 1994. Joined Berger Paints in the year 1996 and took over as MD and CEO from 1 st July 2012.
In the period between 2012 & now, Berger India’s market cap has increased from Rs. 3693 Crores to more than Rs. 29000 Crores, taking it to the Top 100 most valuable companies in India. Berger Paints has featured in Forbes India Magazine as India’s Super 50 companies for 3 consecutive years from 2015. He was selected as one of the 6 Best CEOs under Private Sector category of Forbes India Leadership Award 2015 & 2016 and one of 100 Top CEOs as per Business Today, 2016 & 2017.
He is President of Indian Paint Association and a Management Committee member of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Deputy.Chairman of CII.
Ms. Sulajja Firodia Motwani is the Founder & CEO of Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited, specialised in Green Mobility through electric and hybrid vehicles. She is also the Vice Chairperson of Kinetic Engineering Ltd. She is responsible for Kinetic group’s overall business strategy and development. Kinetic Group’s business interests include Automotive Systems, Green Energy, Multilevel parking solutions, Elevators & Escalators. Kinetic’s partners include companies like Hyundai, Ducati Energia, Taigene Electrical, Magna etc. Sulajja plays a key role in steering this business strategy and in its implementation across group companies.

She has been a member of the National Executive Committee of CII, member of the prestigious Governing Body of CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India) and Chairperson of FICCI Young Leaders forum and a member of National Steering Committee of FICCI. She is also on the Board of Advisors of iCreate – International Centre for Entrepreneurship & Technology, an initiative of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sulajja is also the Brand Ambassador for Plan International, for their “Save the Girl child” initiative.
Sulajja holds an MBA from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, USA. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of the University and was invited on the President’s Committee for India for several years.
Sulajja worked with BARRA International in their office at Berkeley, California before returning to India. She is a fitness enthusiast and a marathon runner. Her interests also include adventure sports such as skiing, scuba , mountain biking and sky diving.

Mr. Mulla is the Chief Operating Officer of HDFC Life and has been associated with the Company since January 2018. He is also on the board of HDFC Pension Management Company.
Prior to joining HDFC Life, he was the MD at True North Managers LLP and before that he was the Chief Executive of Retail at L&T Financial Services. Prior to L&T Financial Services, he was associated with ICICI Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank and Bajaj Auto. He has over 23 years of experience in retail banking and financial services.

Vivek Ramabhadran is the Vice-President for Asia South Region for Swarovski Professional and has been in this role since January 2017. He will spearhead the development and execution of the business strategies at Swarovski Professional Asia-South that includes Middle East, India & the subcontinent, Thailand, South East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia) and Australia & New Zealand. During his tenure at Swarovski Professional, he has strengthened the brand’s position as a design ingredient of choice for bridal couture and high-end accessories, and further diversified into the spaces of luxury interiors, bespoke wedding décor, and corporate gifting.

Prior to Swarovski, Vivek had spent over 4 years at McKinsey & Company with a focus on serving clients in the consumer goods space across a range of strategic and organizational topics, across Middle East, Europe and Africa regions.
Vivek holds a Bachelors in Engineering from IIT Madras, a Masters in Manufacturing from the University of Texas-Austin, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Vikram is the Equity Partner and Group CEO of Madison Media & OOH, India's largest independent Media Agency. In his 30 year career, he has been the global CEO of Maxus, the CEO of GroupM South Asia and Mindshare South Asia. Vikram started his career with P&G and Coca-Cola in Media, Market Research and Brand Marketing. He also set up the marketing department at Star India (Newscorp).
His career highlights include setting up India’s first Media AOR; starting India’s first afternoon soap opera (and daily strip); a great track record of product launches including Ariel, Whisper, Sprite, Diet Coke, Kinley, IPL; pioneering a series of researches in India including BASES, Conversion Model, a Purchase Retail Audit and Consumption Panel; and being part of the leadership team that started Mindshare and GroupM in India/ South Asia. Under his leadership Mindshare was the undisputed Agency of the Year at most Indian awards.
Vikram has sat on several industry body boards/ committees including ASCI, ABC, RSCI, BARC and FICCI. He is currently the President of Ad Club Bombay, Chairman EFFIES, Chairman IRS Technical Committee, Co-chairman IBF-AAAI sub-committee and Member BARC Disciplinary Comm.
