I relocated to Asia after spending 15 years in London from which I made the global MarTech scene my personal and professional playground.

Harish Kohli is an Acer India veteran who has been with the company since 1999. He is currently the President and Managing Director of Acer India, and comes with a proven track record in managing diverse industry segments, customer engagement models and partnerships. Harish has rich experience and deep expertise that lies in Emerging Markets, Enterprise Business Models, Incubating New Operating models and talent acquisition. He is recognized as a respected mentor and coach, having groomed many individuals and teams to deliver outstanding results. During his tenure, he has successfully built Acer India’s portfolio in all market segments.
Harish became the Managing Director of Acer India in December 2011 & was promoted to ‘President and Managing Director’ in May 2016. Since September 2016, he has also been heading the Acer ‘Pan Asia Pacific (PAP) Regional Commercial Task Team’ which handles commercial strategy planning and implementation for the PAP region. Leading from the front, he has been instrumental in charting Acer’s business growth by laying a strong foundation across both Commercial and Consumer business.
Personally, and professionally, Harish has been always been passionate about sustainable development, and has initiated various CSR activities like sponsorships to over 4500 people in the field of health, livelihood, and education with Monetary Support. These initiatives included basic Computer Awareness programs, Telecom OFC Splicing, and School Health Programs, Physio treatment for the old and aged, and medical support to the visually impaired orphans and under-privileged children.
Harish has always believed in bridging the gap for people in need using technology. One example is ‘Visionova’ which was developed especially for children with visual impairment, using specialized custom-made software for CVI patients. Along with Acer hardware which included Tablets and special PCs, Visionova has helped thousands of children improve their lives.
Harish’s work both at the professional and at the CSR level has won him many awards from leading industry bodies, including ‘Global Indian of The Year’ for 3 consecutive years by AsiaOne, ‘India’s Greatest Leaders’ by Asia One, ‘Business Transformation Leader’ by World Leadership Council, ‘Innovative Business Leader 2021’ and several more.

Vasuta is the SVP and GM, Consumer Platform Advertising at InMobi. She is responsible for leading ad monetization for all consumer properties of InMobi group globally. Prior to this, she was MD for Asia Pacific region responsible for the P&L and business for India, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and ANZ markets driving consistent scale and growth over 3+ years.
She has featured in the Economic Times' 40 under 40 List for 2021', Campaign Asia "40 under 40 Class of 2021", Campaign Asia "Women to Watch 2020" list, among the "Top 50 Influential Women in Media and Marketing in India" for 3 successive years since 2018 and in the "Economic Times Women Ahead List" for 2018.
She has been with InMobi, one of the first start-ups and unicorns to go global from India, for over 10 years and has worn many hats in her time there from Founders’ strategy to product to business roles. Before InMobi, she was at McKinsey as a management consultant and with Intel as a chip design engineer. She is a graduate of BITS, Pilani, and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Esha brings in vast experience through her multiple stints at Kantar & Nielsen prior to Nepa, where she led the West Region Media and Digital practices, among other roles. Geetika Mehta is the Managing Director for Hershey India. She has a proven track record of building and nurturing small businesses and leading growth for large businesses, driving profitability and turnaround. Prior to Hershey, Geetika has 18 years of experience at Unilever where she successfully held key leadership positions with increasing responsibilities across commercial and consumer marketing. She has a decade of experience in Foods across markets in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. She has also led laundry detergent brands globally in diverse markets like Brazil, Thailand, and, South Africa. She was also on the board of directors for Toilet Board Coalition (TBC) India Chapter. Geetika is an alumnus of premier educational institutes like Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. On the personal front, she is a voracious reader, avid traveler, marathon runner, and a passionate foodie.
Shinjini Kumar is co-founder of Salt-@mysaltapp , a women-first fintech platform that is currently under beta. With her co-founders and the team, she is passionately working to close the gender gap in finance and make the world more equitable.
Prior to setting up @mysaltapp, Shinjini headed Consumer Bank for Citibank India. She has three decades of experience in Indian financial services, including senior positions across Reserve Bank of India, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Paytm Payments Bank. She currently serves on the Boards of Paytm Payments Bank, Nium Forex and is a member of the Executive Council of CGAP, the financial inclusion arm of the World Bank. Mr. Kaul comes with rich industry experience of spanning over 25 years and has been associated with Hindware Home Innovation Ltd. (HHIL) for over 7 years. In his current role, he is responsible for building HHIL into one of India’s leading consumer appliance companies in the country. His tenacious outlook has helped the company grow at a CAGR of over 50% over the last five years. Under his business acumen and strategic vision, the company has expanded exponentially with the launch of state-of-the-art products across multiple categories from the brand’s home-grown R&D facilities.
An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer appliances and retail industry, Mr. Kaul has been steering the strategy and business operations for HHIL with a focus on scaling the footprint. Additionally, Mr. Kaul also spearheads Evok, one of the leading retail chains in the furnishing and kitchen industry and a key player in the D2C segment.
Under his leadership, HHIL formed a joint venture with Groupe Atlantic (France), a 2.2 billion Euro leading water heater company to form Hintastica Private Limited (HPL), which has a manufacturing plant in Telangana to make water heating solutions. Prior to heading HHIL, he worked in leadership roles at Karbonn Mobiles, Reliance Retail, Times Group, Onida, and Whirlpool.
Mr. Kaul holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and another Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Institute of Management Studies, Kurukshetra. Mr. Kaul graduated with a bachelor’s in Science degree from Delhi University.

A veteran with over two decades of experience, Gulbahar is known for his expertise in the Consumer Durables industry. He is the MD and CEO of Philips Domestic Appliances, India Subcontinent, and the Chairperson of Small Appliances Council at Consumer Electronics & Appliances Manufacturers Association (CEAMA).
Gulbahar started out as a Management Trainee with Videocon in 2001 post which he joined Philips in 2002 as a Branch Manager in Madhya Pradesh. While his journey began with sales, he went on to prove his mettle as a passionate product marketer with the launch of first-of-its-kind category of Air fryer & Air Purifiers in India. In his current role, Gulbahar oversees the overall strategic operations and is responsible for the growth trajectory of Philips Domestic Appliances in the country. He has played an integral role in establishing the brand as a household name following the company’s philosophy of enabling consumers to turn houses into homes.
