Results

As they say “it should all tie back to business”
The integrated O+O campaigns was one of the most successful ones ever done by Matrix globally. The business results were phenomenal. Via this campaign we were able to:
- Generated 150K PII which was leveraged in subsequent media campaigns which was 2.5X the base we had in 2022 prior to campaign go live.
- 150K coupons generated via campaign across 400 cities
- 120K services redeemed and confirmed by salons. All campaign was tracked by backend, where individual salon details was visible
- Over 30k calls to salons via new consumers driving incremental revenue and subscribers to participating salons
- Averaging at INR 2k per service, we were able to generate over 24 CR business for participating salons
- Along with other interventions throughout the year and post conclusion of the Matrix Color Carnival, the contribution of SoColor to the Matrix color business grew by an unprecedented 500 bps to 40%. To provide some context, to achieve the 500-bps growth in fashion WOB, it took 10 years!!
- The Fashion shades grew by a phenomenal 53% which was one of the central drivers for the brand’s growth. We managed to bring back the consumers to salons as it was evident by the remarkable performance of Matrix Color Carnival which led to around 1,20,000 walk ins.
- It also significantly led to an increase in confidence in salons for Matrix and we also saw a significant uptick in the distribution of Color by 640 bps.
