Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director, Volvo Auto India, joined the company in 2016. He was elevated to the Lead Role in 2021. He is the first Indian to hold this post. A veteran of India’s automobile industry with over two decades of experience he has held national, regional and local positions in various automotive companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki and Fiat Auto India before taking over as Director, Marketing and Sales in Volvo Car India.

Jyoti pursued MBA in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth after completing Bachelor of Engineering (Production) from University of Pune. He has also completed Global Program for Management Development from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Rajat Agrawal

Mr. Rajat Agrawal is a creative, enthusiastic, and a dynamic professional who has always aimed high and believes in creating value in each sphere of his work. He began his professional journey with Barista in 2015 as a Vice President-Corporate Finance and Strategy, where he was in charge of overseeing and managing the total food group's finances. Later in his career trajectory, he rises to the position of COO and was recently appointed as the CEO of the organization. Being the CEO of the brand he is responsible for the overall business operations and strategy along with team and Investor Management. He wishes to leverage his 17 years of experience to further strengthen the brand equity and grow the brand exponentially keeping in mind guest experiences and industry trends.

Founded in 2000, with the goal of becoming India's finest coffee house, Barista is a pioneer in the Indian coffee chain that provides an authentic Italian coffee experience in pleasant, friendly, and relaxed surroundings. With a distinct brand story, rich heritage, and legacy, the brand is pursuing a growth trajectory in the F&B sector.

Rajat has a strong academic background. He received his CA Charter from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005, the world's second-largest accounting body. Prior to joining Barista, he has worked with Global Organizations like E&Y, Grant Thornton, Deloitte as part of Assurance & Financial Advisory vertical and have managed assignments across NBFCs, IT & ITES firms, F&B, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Education.

Rajat aims to propel the brand to new heights and vistas by opening stores across formats. In addition, he is continually on the quest for new and exciting ideas to expand the brand. Moreover, in addition to being a workaholic, he believes that being physically and mentally active is incredibly energizing for both his mind and body and pursues sports whenever time permits. More importantly he believes in creating efficient teams with a sense of ownership.

Harish Bhat is currently the Brand Custodian at Tata Sons. In this role, he leads marketing and brand development for TATA, which is India’s most valuable brand. He is also a Director on the Boards of some companies of the Tata group.

Harish has held many roles in the Tata Group over the past 35 years, including as Managing Director of Tata Global Beverages, and Chief Operating Officer of the watches and jewellery businesses of the Titan Company Ltd.

An avid marketer, he has helped create and nurture several successful Tata brands. In 2023, Forbes listed him as one of the world’s top ten most influential Chief Marketing Officers for the second consecutive year.

Harish writes extensively and is a columnist for The Hindu Business Line and Mint. He has authored five books, including two national bestsellers. LinkedIn has selected him as one of their top voices in India.

Harish is an incorrigible foodie and fitness freak. His wife, Veena, is a Data Scientist. They have a daughter, Gayatri, who has embarked on her professional career.

In Oct of 2018, Grey Group, a WPP company acquired majority stake in Autumn Worldwide. As of Jan 2020, Anusha has been promoted as Chairperson and Group CEO of Grey Group India, which includes both Grey and AutumnGrey.

Ashish Goel is the CEO and co—founder of the Indian furniture brand Urban Ladder. Before starting his own venture, he had worked with various corporate houses and companies as well.

Geetika Mehta is the Managing Director of Hershey India. She has a proven track record of developing and nurturing small businesses as well as leading growth for large corporations, resulting in increased profitability and turnaround. She was featured in The Economic Times' 40 under Forty list of India's Top Young Business Leaders.

Prior to Hershey, Geetika has over 18 years of experience at Hindustan Unilever where she handled increasing responsibilities of commercial and consumer marketing within HUL. KE Ranganathan

Mr K.E Ranganathan is currently the Managing Director, Roca Bathroom Products Pvt Ltd, 100% subsidiary of Spain based Roca Group, world leader in the definition of bathroom space. He works closely on creating new strategies and opportunities to drive growth and further consolidate the company’s leadership position.

Ranganathan is a graduate in commerce from Madras University, an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and as Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Fulbright Scholar. He comes with more than 33 years of experience in finance, accounting, business planning, strategy, marketing & sales. In 2005, Ranganathan headed Parryware business as the CEO and played a key role in transforming the business into a Joint Venture company with Roca Spain.

Tapan Singhel

Tapan Singhel has a rich experience in the insurance industry of more than 30 years. He has been with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance for over 20 years and has been the Company’s MD & CEO for more than 10 years. He is the Chairman GI-Council, and he also chairs the CII National Committee on Insurance and Pensions. He is a Board Member of the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM). He has been the President of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and is now a board member. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as one of the largest and the most profitable private general insurer in the country ensuring growth, profitability and customer-centricity.

Customer obsession and passion to do good for the people are what drives Tapan and his success in the industry.
