To establish ConfirmTkt as a prominent and relatable brand within the cricket enthusiast community we secured a partnership with ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 as ‘Official Licensee’. While being an Official Licensee signifies an official collaboration with ICC Men’s World Cup, it's a relatively modest sponsorship deal with certain limitations on specific deliverables. We launched the campaign ‘Journey to the World Cup’ aiming to ensure that ConfirmTkt becomes synonymous with the excitement and anticipation surrounding the World Cup. The ‘Journey to the World Cup’ campaign comprised of never-seen-before journeys from Bangalore to Chennai and again from Chennai to Bangalore which took cricket fans from ‘Stations to Stadiums’ with iconic influencers. A train compartment traveling from Bangalore to Chennai was wrapped as part of the ConfirmTkt campaign to add to the campaign's excitement. It also had a CTA for passersby to scan and download the app & get a confirmed ticket for the World Cup. An exclusive #StationToStadiums contest was run exclusively on the ConfirmTkt App, offering our audience and cricket enthusiasts a chance to embark on a thrilling journey to the World Cup. 1. Innovative Experiential Marketing: The organization of never-seen-before train journeys to the World Cup venues was an innovative approach. 2. Unique Fan Experiences: By offering specially curated train journeys, ConfirmTkt differentiated itself by providing an exclusive and personalized experience for cricket fans. 3. Music video shot in the train: During the journey we captured some exclusive content, including the creation of a distinctive World Cup anthem (with JordIndian), a captivating music video (with Adhri Joe) The campaign went above and beyond to deliver business results like 4.05 million ConfirmTkt app downloads during the campaign period. The website experienced traffic growth, surging by 133% from 300,000 to 700,000 visitors / month. All in 2Cr.
