Campaign Name : Britannia Good Day at Mahakumbh

Results

Execution began on-ground, where a team of photojournalists/creators embedded themselves within Maha Kumbh to capture candid, unstaged stories of joy, generosity, reunion, resilience and human connection. Over 45 days, they documented 144+ real stories, a mix of lead narratives and smaller “micro joy” moments created to feel mobile-first and emotionally immediate. Alongside on-ground documentation, the campaign invited audiences to co-create by sharing their own smile-worthy moments using #gooddayatmahakumbh, enabling the movement to extend beyond what the team could capture directly. Every story was given a permanent home on a dedicated microsite, makeitagoodday.in, which served as the archive of all 144+ stories. Social content reels, photo-led posts and daily drops carried these moments to wider audiences, while amplification through 50+ influencers, meme pages and creators helped the campaign travel beyond brand followers into culture feeds. PR amplification supported wider discovery across news and marketing platforms, ensuring the work showed up where people were already consuming Maha Kumbh conversations. The initiative delivered 129 million online smiles and documented performance of 1.2M+ reach, 2.5M+ impressions and 2M+ engagement. By turning real smiles into a co-created archive, the campaign strengthened Britannia Good Day’s cultural relevance while preserving the spirit of Maha Kumbh through a lasting digital record.
