Mr. Eric Braganza is currently the President of Haier India. He brings along an inspiring professional experience of more than 33 years and has been spearheading the organization since September 2009. In his current capacity, he is responsible for heading the India operations that include sales and marketing, manufacturing and all support functions of Haier India. Mr. Braganza’s wealth of knowledge and experience has continued to lead the company to witness a remarkable growth in the past 6 years in the Indian market.

In November 2017, Mr. Eric Braganza was conferred with the title of ‘Man of Appliances’ by Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association (CEAMA). An Alumni of Sri Ram College of Commerce, before joining Haier, Braganza has held senior management positions in the field of consumer durables, working as chief operating officer at Electrolux Hyundai Division and as director, exports, sales and marketing at Videocon Industries. Besides Videocon Industries, Mr. Braganza has worked in several major companies like Novino Batteries, Sylvania Laxman and NEB Electronics.

Narasimhan Eswar is currently Senior Vice President, Hygiene and Home, RB South Asia.

In a career spanning 25 years, Narasimhan has worked in senior General Management as well as Global and Regional Marketing Leadership roles in the FMCG industry.

In his last 11 years with RB, he has led RB business in South East Asia (Thailand, Philippines and Indo-China) and prior to that Hong Kong and Taiwan as Managing Director for those clusters as well as in marketing leadership roles in Spain, Portugal and the UK with RB.

Prior to joining RB in 2007, Narasimhan had worked in in the FMCG industry for several years across Switzerland, UK, South Africa and India.

Narasimhan has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU Varanasi and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad”

He was also a management consultant with Bain & Co.working out of their London office. He is also a sports enthusiast and an exceptional athlete.

Tarun Arorahas been leading the Zydus Wellness Limited(amongst the Top 500 listed companies in the country in terms of market capitalization)for over three years in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board. He is instrumental in turnaround of the company performance by accelerating the topline and bottomlinegrowth on back of innovations, expanding the geographies for the business and building high performing leadership team. Each of the market leading brands of the Zydus Wellness – Sugar Free, Everyuth and Nutralite have seen improvement in growth rates as well as in market shares under his watch.

Tarun has rich experience of 23 years in which he has handled General Management and Leadership Roles with outstanding business growth for large FMCG companies as well as start ups. He has played a pivotal role in Business Transformation and post-merger integration projects in his career.

He was Chief Executive, India business at Danone Waters prior to joining Zydus. He has also worked with various FMCG companies like Wipro, Bharti Walmart, Godrej and Sara Lee.

Tarun brings with him expertise and thought leadership in the areas of Brand Development, strategy and Innovation. He believes in laying strong emphasis on people development and building consumer centric organization for a sustained performance.

Tarun is a post grad in Management and was listed amongst Young Turks by Economic Times in March 2014 and has won several accolades including India’s Markcom Professional of the Year – FMCG in 2010 by CMO council.

Sameer (Sam) Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of GroupM South Asia, managing India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Under his leadership, GroupM is the leading media investment conglomerate in the region.

Prior to joining GroupM, Sam was the Director of Agency Business at Google India. He has recently relocated from Mountain View. In prior roles at Google, he has focused on measurements for Americas, as well as on global accounts - product delivery, measurement & insights and the BrandLabs team at Google. Sam is a veteran of the Consumer Products industry having worked at GlaxoSmithKline, Procter & Gamble and Gillette. And in roles spanning Brand Management, Media Management, Sales, Consumer Insights and Procurement. He has extensive experience across a variety of markets, having lived and worked in USA, United Kingdom, China, Middle East and India. Prior to joining Google, Sam was the Global Head of Media at GlaxoSmithKline. When away from work, Sam is a keen motorcycling enthusiast.

Dr. Mahesh Gupta is a first generation entrepreneur and is known worldwide for revolutionizing the water purification industry in India. He is the Founder-Chairman of Kent RO Systems Ltd., India’s leading RO Water Purifier Company. Dr. Gupta then launched India’s first domestic RO water purifier and started the company from a scratch. Competing with the leading national & international brands, Kent RO Systems Ltd. is today the leading and most dynamic water purifier company in India, commanding a market share of about 40% in RO water purifier segment.

Mr. Herjit S. Bhalla is the Managing Director of Hershey India. Herjit brings extensive experience in building consumer, food and retail brands and is an accomplished industry leader.

Herjit has spent more than 18 years in various sales and marketing, management roles at Unilever in India, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. In his last position, Herjit served on the Board of Directors with Metro Cash & Carry handling operations for North and East India. Mr. Bhalla has repeatedly demonstrated his unique proficiency in effectively leading teams, turning around and building businesses, driving employee engagement, and positively impacting revenue growth.

Mr. Hetal Kotak is the CEO of Lee Cooper and aLL Plus Size Store at Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited. He is a Textile Engineer with certifications in “Strategic Leadership Program” from the Michigan Ross School of Business, “Finance for Decision Making” from IIM-Bangalore & “Brand Management” from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Having started his career with “Arvind Mills Ltd” in 1997, Hetal has traversed through & experienced varied aspects of the business. The early years of his career gave him an opportunity to extensively travel across the globe.

Sanjeev Churiwala is presently the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Diageo India (United Spirits Ltd), and is a part of its Executive Committee. He has around 23 years of diversified work experience. In the initial 9 years of his career, he has worked in operation roles in business development, projects and commercial functions and the later 14 years in core finance & strategy.

Sanjeev has recently been appointed as the Chairman of Royal Challengers Sports Pvt Ltd (RCSPL) that runs the Royal Challengers Bangalore IPL franchise.

Prior to joining Diageo India, Sanjeev was with LafargeHolcim's Indian subsidiary Ambuja Cements, a leading producer of building material, where he held the position of CFO since early 2011, leading the finance function and also overseeing the secretarial and legal functions.

Sanjeev worked with Ambuja Cements and its subsidiaries for about 15 years in various roles that included finance, business development, project management, commercial operations, business and financial integration. Prior to joining Ambuja Cements as its CFO, Sanjeev also served as country CFO for Holcim’s operations in Sri Lanka for about 4 years.

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India, besides holding an Executive MBA from the London Business School, UK.

Sanjeev has received many external recognition for his work. In 2011, he received Business Today & Yes Bank – Best CFO Award 2011 for Commitment towards Triple Bottom Line-People, Planet & Profit. In 2014, he received the prestigious Best CMA CFO-2014 Award among private limited companies in the manufacturing sector, awarded by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Sanjeev is passionate about Cricket & Football and all the life lessons that can be learned through sports. He prefers to spend his leisure time with his family and enjoys doing community service. Sanjeev and his wife Rashmi are blessed with two daughters - Samiksha and Advika, and son Bhavya.

A Global Business Leader with diverse experiences, Ashok Bhasin, joined Hero MotoCorpin early 2015 to head Hero's Sales, Marketing & Customer Care and to consolidate Hero's dominant market position. Recently, Ashok took over as Head – Digitization to lead Hero’s Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation. As part of the senior leadership team at Hero MotoCorp, Ashok also significantly contributes on broad strategic directionfor the company.

In his last International role, Ashok was with RB (Reckitt Benckiser), heading RB Operations in all countries across Central Africa as General Manager & as Managing Director, RB Nigeria. Prior to that he worked with Whirlpool Corporation in several leadership roles starting as Director, Marketing – India leading onto Vice President – Marketing, South Asia and thereafter as Global Director, Whirlpool Corporation, USA. Ashok spent his initial years with TATA Group.

Ashok, a SRCC (Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi) alumnus, is also an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. Ashok has extensive global experience in building and turning around business performance on growth, profitability and market share across geographies, categories and business cycles.

Ashok is passionate about Consumers, Brands and Talent - he has consistently developed best-in-class teams across the globe and has worked in leadership roles on many great Brands including Whirlpool, Dettol, Harpic and Lizol.
