OBJECTIVE
IMPACT is recognizing leaders who are 40 years of age and under in the Indian Media, Marketing and Advertising industry. We are looking at people who have made a significant contribution with their body of work and are currently in leadership positions and will be the future faces of the industry.
THE PROCESS
The editorial team at IMPACT will consolidate all the nominations received and shortlist them. The shortlisted profiles will be presented to a distinguished Jury comprising of renowned professionals from the Advertising, Marketing and Media domain. The Jury members will follow a process of scoring entries on set parameters, and the resultant scores will be collated to arrive at the final list.
PARAMETERS
The nominees will be judged on the below parameters.
1. Influence: Impact of their work on the profession/industry and the nominee’s ability to influence developments in the industry
2. Leadership role & potential Performance as a leader in current role and future prospects as an industry leader
3. Current role: Size of business they head/lead
4. Achievements: Any other notable achievements
