IMPACT celebrates the young talent of today and leaders of tomorrow with the 'Top 30 Under 30' initiative, now in its fifth year. It is a unique forum for young talent to be appreciated, encouraged and applauded by their peers and seniors by way of an exclusive listing after a rigorous jury process involving top names in the industry.
