IMPACT celebrates the young talent of today and leaders of tomorrow with the 'Top 30 Under 30' initiative, now in its eighth year. It is a unique forum for young talent to be appreciated, encouraged and applauded by their peers and seniors by way of an exclusive listing after a rigorous jury process involving top names in the industry.
To recognize achievers under 30 years of age and encourage young talent across media, creative and digital agencies, and across marketing, PR, content and media roles.
