IMPACT celebrates the young talent of today and leaders of tomorrow with the 'Top 30 Under 30' initiative, now in its 12th year. It is a unique forum for young talent to be appreciated, encouraged and applauded by their peers and seniors by way of an exclusive listing after a rigorous jury process involving top names in the industry.
- IMPACT 30 Under Thirty is for you if you are the top advertising performers under the age of 30.
- The goal is here to put the spotlight on the young guns from the Creative, Design, Media, Digital Agencies in the country

- Final Entry Submission Deadline: 25th January 2025
- Applicant should be under the age of 30 years as on 31st March 2025
- Professionals who are based in India.
- Multiple names from the same agency can be nominated
- All nominations are paid and submitted online
- All questions with asterisks are mandatory
- Deletion & omission of any questions in the form will lead to disqualification
- All information furnished should be correct & up to date it is critical for adequate assessment
- All answers should not be more than 250 Characters.
- The final form should be submitted in a prescribed format.
- It is mandatory to share your latest picture not heavier than 2MB
- Cost of Each Nomination is 10,000 + GST
