The Award Categories reflect strategic objectives that are common to all organizations. Your submissions will be judged against the achievements of all types of business – rather than just those of direct competitors in your industry sector. Entrants should provide independent and robust data that supports the claims made. The judges will give more weight to quantitative data and comparable trend data over time.

We have two main Categories comprising Agency Awards that recognise agencies. The People Awards category awards individuals who are at the helm of the business.

  • Boutique Agency of the Year (Employing less than 20 people)
  • Independent Agency of the Year (majority of 51% or more owned by its management or independent shareholders and not associated with any holding company or network)
