Noomi Mehta is the Chairman of Selvel One Group, and was instrumental in securing India’s first Equity Placement in OOH media through Citicorp Finance (India) Ltd. He pioneered large format digital printing in India and established Megasel Pvt Ltd., which later became MMT (India) Pvt. Ltd, in which Selvel remained a partner. He founded Laser Advertising Ltd, a Joint Venture with MMT USA, a US $ 10 billion group, for promoting outdoor advertising in India using the latest technology. He is the Director and joint owner of Professional Management Group (P.M.G.), India’s first sports management company founded by Mr. Sunil Gavaskar. He is the Director and Founder of Outdoor Advertising Professionals (India) Pvt Ltd (OAPL), India’s largest independent OOH media buying company. He is the Director & Founder of Oval Developers Pvt Ltd., a company which has a Joint Venture with Godrej Properties Limited, to develop housing. He is the Founder Chairman of Indian Outdoor Advertising Association, a national body formed to represent Indian outdoor advertising companies. He was the former President of Advertising Club Kolkata, past Chairman of the Marketing and Trade Fairs Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Eastern India. He is a Past President of the Oriental Chamber of Commerce and is currently the National President of the Indian Rugby Football Union.
He was recently elected to the Board of International Out of Home Association FEPE International and is the first representative from India’s vibrant out of home industry to sit on the FEPE Board.

Praveen has over 25 years of experience across brand building, out-of-home, technology, shopper marketing and experiential brand intervention, and has held leadership positions across key networks including WPP and Omnicom. He joins Publicis Groupe from Interspace Solutions, where he was the CEO. During his stint at Interspace, an entrepreneurial venture, he was deep-rooted in delivering bespoke media agnostic business solutions for brands.
Prior to joining Interspace, Praveen spent 14 years with the WPP group from 2001 as Country Head RMG David with a mandate to expand the Ogilvy Group OOH offering moving onto Bates Chi and Partners' 141 Wall Street heading the Retail, Shopper, Experiential & OOH function. He was instrumental in driving the growth of 141 Wall Street to become the largest OOH specialist agency in the country.
