Monalisa is an experienced Marketing and Brand Leader with a demonstrated track record across various industries spanning Tech, Telecom, IT and Energy. She is a great believer in the power of talent, technology and ideas creating the perfect storm for brands to gain mindshare and market share. Her expertise lies in Corporate Brand & Reputation Management, Thought Leadership, Digital Marketing and Stakeholder Communication Initiatives. She is a graduate from BITS Pilani and has pursued Accelerated Development Program at The Wharton School.

She believes the journey should be as meaningful as the destination. Though work is her life, she believes there is more to life than work and takes time out for offbeat travel, culinary journeys, creative pursuits around farming and sustainable living. Monalisa Has been recognized in IAMAI Super 30 CMO Honor Roll for 2019 and Digital Marketing Leader by UBS Forum in 2018.

In her current role as CMO of Sterlite Power, she is responsible for global brand and communications, besides leading the ESG and Sustainability charter for the company. Prior to this she was SVP – Enterprise Marketing at Vodafone India and also led the Digital Transformation charter for the enterprise business unit. Prior to which, she spent 10+ years with Qualcomm as Senior Director – Marketing where she successfully positioned the company as a technology leader and innovator and steered its journey from a relatively unknown brand to an admired brand in the category. Monalisa has overall 24 years of experience, including stints at Lucent Technologies, InterGlobe Technologies, SpiceCorp, Comverse Network Systems and ModiCare.

Nipun Kaushal is the Chief Marketing Officer at PNB MetLife and has been associated with the company since 2018. He brings over 18 years of experience, working with companies like Honda, Maruti Udyog, Citi Group, Future Capital Financial Services, ICICI Prudential AMC, Star Union Dai–Ichi Life Insurance and Tata Asset Management.

Nipun has multi-industry experience in sales & marketing, digital marketing, product management, project management and business development. At leadership position, he has successfully managed product launches, brand campaigns and tactical sales initiatives across the Indian sub-continent.

Nipun holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Karnatak University, and is a management graduate from International Management Institute, New Delhi. He has also done his Master’s in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School.

Anand is a marketing professional with over 25 years of rich experience in building and nurturing Indian & MNC brands. He has been successful in creating brand awareness & reputation for organisations across Banking & Financial Services, Consumer Durables, Automobiles and Media sector. An astute marketer, Anand has hands-on expertise in brand & media management, new product launches, digital marketing, performance & growth marketing, social media, content marketing, campaign management, customer experience, market research, consumer insighting and corporate communication.

At Mahindra Finance, Anand is spearheading the marketing function of financial services sector. He has set standards and provides direction & leadership for creating an enviable brand. Prior to Mahindra Finance, Anand was heading Consumer Marketing at IndusInd Bank where he was instrumental in image makeover of the brand. Anand has also worked in marketing functions of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), ABN AMRO Bank, Haier Appliances, JK Tyre, Atlas Cycles and A&M Magazine during his professional career. Over the years Anand has been a contributor at various marketing & advertising forums as panellist, guest speaker, jury member, moderator & anchor.

Anand is an MBA from IPM, Lucknow and holds certification on digital marketing from ISB, Hyderabad. He has successfully undertaken ACE Leadership Management program from INSEAD, Singapore & France.
