Mohua Das Gupta is the Head of Brand Marketing at Tata CLiQ Luxury, India's premier luxury lifestyle platform. She joined the company in 2020 and has been instrumental in driving platform growth by delivering successfully across brand metrics, customer acquisition, user retention, and platform performance.
With over 15 years of extensive work experience in e-commerce, fashion, and retail, Mohua brings in-depth knowledge and expertise across strategic marketing including brand and market strategy, social and digital marketing, product and brand launches, and consumer research. She has played a key role in driving brand marketing efforts using an ROI-driven driven approach to deliver business impact.
Prior to this, Mohua worked with Myntra for six years as the Director Marketing and was responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy to deliver leadership in fashion e-commerce and grow verticals such as fashion, beauty, sports, etc. She also built a strong portfolio of private label brands in a variety of categories, including sports, kids, ethnic, menswear, and more.
At Myntra, Mohua also led the brand strategy of the ‘Gold Abby’ winner ‘Bold is Beautiful’ Anouk campaign series, which not only defied stereotypes but also went viral across national and international media. The campaign also won the Bloomberg TV India 2016- Disruptor award as well as the Business World & Digital Market Asia awards 2016 - Grand Prix.
She has also worked at Arvind Lifestyle brands, Ogilvy & Mather, Amante Lingerie, and McCann Erickson in the past, where she managed the marketing and brand strategy.
Mohua holds an EMDP from XLRI in Marketing Analytics as well as a postgraduate degree in advertising and marketing from Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd.
