Mr. Anuj Dayal is the head of Corporate Communications for the Delhi Metro Rail Project which is the largest Urban Infrastructure Project undertaken in India after independenc. Mr. Dayal has over 32 years experience in the field of Management and Communications. He started his career with the Railways after which he moved to Delhi Metro, where he has been part of the core team implementing the expanding Metro Rail network in Delhi. Mr. Dayal has two Masters Degrees – one in Sociology and one in Mass Communications apart from 6 Post Graduate Diplomas including a specialized Diploma from the Government of Sweden in Management. The Corporate Communications wing of the Delhi Metro under Mr. Dayal has been recognized as a Centre of Excellence to be emulated by all other projects funded by the Government of Japan in India. Mr. Dayal is a regular speaker in domestic and international forums and has also presented papers in International Conferences organized apart from lecturing at many Mass Communications Training Colleges, Training Institutes of the Government of India including the Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy at Mussoorie. Mr. Dayal has received the National Award for producing the Best Promotional Film in 2012 from the President of India and has received other accolades and Awards from the Indian Railways, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and other International Organizations. He had also written books on Project Management which have been appreciated by the Harvard Business School which has prepared a case study on the same. He has been closely associated with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in preparation of a study on “Excellence in Management”. Mr. Dayal has also received awards from the PR Society of India as the best Corporate Communicator in India, the Amity Leadership Award, the Abdul Kalam Award for excellence in Government and the Dainik Bhaskar Group Award for being the most outstanding Public Relations Head of Department in India. Mr. Dayal was recently also the Chairman of the Jury for selecting the best communication professionals in India instituted by the Economic Times Brand.

A communication professional with 24 years of experience, Deepa started her career as a stringer with The Economic Times in Kolkata while she doing her Masters in English.

Her industry experience as an in house communication person includes hospitality, retail, real estate, aviation, telecom and heath care. She has also supported clients with business interests in infrastructure, consumer electronics and tourism. Currently the Head for Communications for India Sub Continent for GSK Consumer Healthcare, her last job was leading the India South Asia communication portfolio for India’s leading telecom operator, Airtel.

In the course of her career, she has worked on corporate reputation management, brand campaigns, financial and stakeholder communication, online reputation management, executive branding and change management across multiple geographies.

A post graduate in English, her interests include travel, writing, reading and shinrin-yoku. She lives in Gurgaon with her husband, their 18 year old son and their rescue pup Cookie.

PR & Corporate Communications Director with Volvo Car India, Sudeep has successfully driven all Marketing Communication Campaigns in his very enriching, over 10 years with the company. He works very closely with the global teams on their brand development campaigns and is solely responsible for driving and streamlining all initiatives of Volvo Cars in India.

He is responsible for successfully launching the XC40, XC60, S80, S60, V40 Cross Country and XC90 in India.

Sudeep is responsible for many firsts at Volvo Car India. He undertook many initiatives to bring the Volvo brand closer to the customers and making them aware about Volvo’s philosophy of ‘Designed Around You’ like associating with Aircel Chennai Open, partnering with the Avantha Masters and Lakme Fashion Week. He brought Volvo World Golf Championship to India. Recently Sudeep was responsible for opening of a Volvo Lounge at IGI, T3 domestic terminal, another first by Volvo Cars in India. He is also the brain behind the Volvo XC Adventure, a reality adventure series, in partnership with NDTV.

A Post Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of management Studies – Mumbai, Sudeep has over 18 years of experience starting with Advertising and moving on to the Automobile Industry. A sports enthusiast, he is passionate about cricket and soccer and loves to explore adventure sports like rafting and mountaineering in his spare time.

A communications professional with over two and a half decades of experience, Sunayna has been with Archetype (formerly Text100) for over 13 years now and in her capacity as the Managing Director, she holds responsibility for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of the organization in India. Prior to joining Archetype, she was the General Manager, Corporate Communications at HCL Technologies where she worked for almost 8 years.

A versatile communications professional, she has a composite understanding of all communications disciplines including Advertising, Direct Marketing, Film making, PR, Digital marketing, Content Marketing, Brand positioning and Influencer Relations.

A major in English Literature from Delhi University, Sunayna also holds a post graduate degree in Mass Communications from the Indian Institute of Mass Communications. She lives in New Delhi with her husband and two sons.
