Refund Criteria

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to follow this process may affect your right to a refund. Please raise a refund if the above criteria are met.
