Ruchira Jaitly is the Chief Marketing Officer at HMD Global for India. She joined the organization in August 2019 bringing with her more than 21 years of work experience spanning Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Innovation, Business Start-Up and Impact Business Creation with global majors Unilever, Pepsico and DSM. Now at HMD Global, she leads Marketing for the smart and feature phones business across India.
Ruchira is an accomplished professional, known in the industry for her marketing and analytical expertise. She has been instrumental in launching new products and building new categories across her career.
As Director, Strategy and Nutrition at DSM, she led a B2C start up business, with a portfolio of need-based Food & Beverage solutions to combat the challenge of malnutrition. She successfully launched a complete business, from building strategy to developing local manufacturing and delivering market execution, balancing both business and social impact, on this key issue affecting 800 million people in India (and over 2 billion people globally).
Prior to DSM, she spent her time building some of the biggest brands for Pepsico in India, like Kurkure and Mountain Dew. She worked across the portfolio creating award-winning scale consumer campaigns (Crash the IPL, Kurkure launch and Lay’s World Cup); harnessing India energies for innovations (Nimbooz Masala Soda and Lays, and Kurkure formats and flavors) and leveraging global playbooks to bring alive the best loved brands from Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew and Mirinda to Lays and Cheetos. Ruchira’s last role at Pepsico as Senior Director Marketing – Beverages, gave her the experience of managing Pepsi IPL, one of the biggest consumer mandates ever.

Pallavi Singh is a senior Brand Marketing professional, with extensive experience in the premium automotive market segment for over 15 years. At present, she is Director Marketing for BMW India. Her area of expertise and focus is related to Business Strategy, Customer Experience, Digital-first approach, Data led decision making, and communication.
Pallavi has been instrumental in the launch of Iconic Brands like Harley-Davidson and Morris Garages (MG) in India. She loves to travel the world, especially on 2 wheels.

Ramakant Khandelwal, Chief Marketing Officer at PAYBACK India, is a veteran inLoyalty and Payments space. With a rich experience of over20 years in sales & marketing roles across industries, he believes in creating incremental value for customers at every touch point through smart innovation.
He joined PAYBACK India in 2010, as part of the core management team. Over the years, he has managedrapid growth of the program through large partnerships with banks and retail partners.He has been instrumental in launching new business lines like PAYBACK PLUS and Insurance Corporate Agency business. He continues to play a leading role in identifying and nurturing growth areas for the company. He is currently focused on building a best-in-class digital marketing platform with the aim of leveraging a large base of customers, their purchase preferences and communication opportunities to deliver unmatched ROI for marketing spends.
Ramakant’s rendezvous with banking in general and payment card programs in particular started with ICICI Bank- a stint he thinks was a great learning ground. The freedom to experiment with new ideas at Cards business in ICICI helped him gain experience of building businesses from scratch. During his 7-year stint, he worked across all variants of payment cards – Credit, Debit, Prepaid & Commercial.
His first job was with Eveready Industries. A nation-wide distribution powerhouse like Eveready, helped him understand how things work in small towns and villages. He even got the opportunity to leverage the popularity of “Dangal” the renowned wrestling sport to promote a battery brand in Uttar Pradesh way back in 2000, much before Bollywood actor Amir Khan leveraged it for a blockbuster movie by the same name!
Ramakant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA degree from MDI, Gurgaon.During his leisure time, he loves to travel. He enjoys reading non-fiction and watching documentaries.
