Ms. Manmeet Sandhu heads the HR function at PhonePe Pvt Ltd. She joined PhonePe in December 2018 after 9 years at Amazon. In her last role, she led HR for the Prime Video Business in Seattle, USA. She has worked in the HR space for the last 17 years across multiple countries and in areas such as compensation, diversity & inclusion and business partnering.

Manmeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and an MBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Anindita, is a communications professional with over three decades of experience, working with Public Sector Undertaking (Airports Authority of India) and Global Conglomerates (GVK Group, GMR Group; currently with L&T Group), excels in integrated communication, reputation management and strategy formulation.

Always a team player than a team leader, focussing on her team's all-round development as a successful professional. She also has a proven track record as an effective crisis communicator and spokesperson, an impactful writer. Anindita is and has been also an active member of industry bodies like- CII, CII-IWN, FTCCI, ASSOCHAM, PRCI, PRSI, ABCI, SCSC, to name a few. Anjana Asrani is the Communications Lead at PUMA India. In this role, she is responsible for developing corporate and brand communication strategies while also leading internal communications and employer branding initiatives. Working with the Leadership team in India, Anjana has played a key role in establishing PUMA as the No. 1 sports brand in the country.

A communications professional with an experience of working across diverse brands, industries and regions, Anjana has delivered thoughtful and focused strategies to elevate the brand’s presence in the market. In 2018, she joined PUMA HQ in Germany to lead global PR for the Sportsyle business unit. She was responsible for working with key regions like North America, Europe, APAC and EEMEA. Anjana later took on the role of leading Communications for PUMA India and has since created extensive visibility for the brand across traditional and new-age media platforms.

Prior to PUMA, she was the Corporate Communications Lead at Uber, responsible for Consumer and Tech PR. She has also worked with global agencies like MSL and Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick leading campaigns for brands like Himalaya Healthcare, Harman International, Royal Orchid Hotels, UB and Sab Miller.
