1. The Market Pulse Awards are open to individuals, organizations, and service providers from around the world who have made a significant impact within the marketing, research, and insights sectors, as outlined in the category descriptions.
2. Entries may be edited until final submission.
3. Submissions are welcomed from both client companies and service providers. Entries can be made independently or as joint submissions unless specified otherwise within the category.
4. All entries must be submitted via the online entry form.
5. By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to comply with the Rules of Entry as outlined.
6. When agencies or third parties submit entries on behalf of clients, it is assumed that client approval has been obtained. No refunds will be provided if any issues arise regarding client approval after submission.
7. Ensure all submitted information is accurate, and appropriate credit is given to relevant companies. The organizers will not be responsible for any inaccuracies.
8. Entrants can upload logos in preferred formatsfor the brands/clients and the submitting agency.
9. Digital submissions can be in various formats, including Video, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or JPEG. Ensure that uploaded logos and supporting files follow the guidelines. File names should not contain special characters. PDFs and PowerPoints must be 10 pages or less, while video/audio files should be 5 minutes or less.
10. For entries that include websites, ensure URLs, usernames, and passwords are provided, valid, and accessible until May 2015. Entries, once submitted, are confirmed and non-refundable.
11. If a submission is not suitable for the selected category, the organizers reserve the right to re categorize. Entrants must pay the applicable fee by the stated deadline, or the entry will be removed without a refund.
12. Conflicts of interest are taken seriously. Judges will abstain from voting on entries where conflicts arise. If a judge is nominated in a category, they will be removed from the judging panel for that category.
13. Entries can be withdrawn before the deadline by written request, but the entry fee will not be refunded.
14. Winners will be announced at the Market Pulse Awards ceremony, scheduled for May 2025. Finalists will receive details about the event.
15. No changes to entries will be allowed after the submission deadline.
16. The organizers may use submission content for promotional or editorial purposes but will respect confidentiality if information is marked as such.
