In addition to serving as the Executive Director – Homecare, HUL, Deepak is also the General
Manager of the Homecare Business of Unilever for the South Asia region.
Deepak joined Unilever as a Management Trainee in India in 1995, after completing his B.A.(Honors) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. In a global career spanning 28 years, he has lived and worked in India, Europe and Asia and has worked across local / regional / global Sales & Marketing roles and more recently in Board-level General Management roles, bearing full P&L responsibility.
Deepak is a Global Trustee (Member of the Global Board) of Forum for the Future, an international sustainability non-profit. He is also a non-executive Director of the Hindustan Unilever Foundation, Member of the Global Advisory Board of Insider (a Global Growth Management Platform) , The Web3 Marketing Association and an Advisor /Mentor / Investor in deeptech and sustainability start-ups and Venture Capital Funds like Antler and 500. He is a graduate of the Executive Programme at Singularity University and a Certified Chair from the Advisory Board Centre, Australia.

Nitin Saini

Nitin Saini is Vice President - Marketing at Mondelez India Foods Private Ltd and is a member of the India Country Leadership Team.
He started his journey as a management trainee and has been a part of the Mondelēz team for over 19 years. During his tenure, he’s worked with Marketing and Sales teams across different portfolios, building experiences across brands, categories, and sales verticals.

Presently he heads Marketing at Voltas Limited, a leading Consumer Durable company within the Tata group. He joined Voltas in the year 2011, and has been instrumental in the turnaround of the brand. Besides the Marketing mandate, during the last one decade at Voltas, Deba has also handled many additional responsibilities like Key Accounts, Modern Trade, Commercial Refrigeration, Air Coolers, and the recent Voltas Beko launch.

Rohit Talwar

Mr. Rohit Talwar has been appointed for the role of Vice President and Head of Marketing at Castrol India Limited effective 1st November 2023. Based in Mumbai, India, Rohit will report to Sandeep Sangwan and become a part of the Castrol India Leadership Team.
In this position, Rohit will lead Castrol’s marketing efforts to deliver growth and value for the customers and shareholders and ensure flawless execution of both local and global marketing strategies. His extensive 21-year experience, characterized by outstanding achievements and accolades in marketing, equips him for this role.
Rohit's journey with Castrol started in 2004 as a Management Trainee, gradually advancing through roles such as Sales Manager, Bikes Brand Manager, and Cricket Sponsorship Activation Manager. His global exposure came as a Global Brand Manager in the Commercial Vehicles Category, where he led the development and launch of the globally recognized Castrol VECTON brand.
