The objective was clear: reach digital-first consumers with high intent and redefine convenience as a premium, branded experience. 2. Creativity & Innovation – With the foundation in place, we brought the campaign to life with bold, interactive ideas. We introduced fun, mobile-first formats like ‘Shake Your Phone to Reveal a Gift’ for Rakhi and a special ‘Single Mode’ on Blinkit for Valentine’s Day, designed just for singles. These activations transformed moments into memorable rituals. To elevate the experience further, we partnered with premium brands like Dyson and L’Oréal—proving that even impulse buys on Q-commerce can feel thoughtful, aspirational, and personalized. 3. Execution – We brought the idea to life through agile, omnichannel execution. Our strategy spanned platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Meta, and YouTube—each treated as a storytelling canvas. Leveraging first-party data and platform partnerships, we secured exclusive formats, prioritized placements, and implemented real-time optimization. Every interaction—from app banners, OOH(billboard) to doorstep delivery —was thoughtfully crafted to drive action. 4. Results – The impact was undeniable. We saw a 453% YoY offtake surge, grew our category share from 20% to a projected 60%, and secured the #1 market share in chocolates. We reached over 40 million consumers—but more importantly, we rewrote the role of Q-commerce: from a functional channel to an emotional, scalable brand experience. This wasn't just a campaign. It was a category-defining benchmark.
