Kushal Agrawal

Kushal is a travel enthusiast cum entrepreneur. He Co-founded Xoxoday at the age of 22. He briefly worked with Flipkart in India and with Bidco-Oil Refineries in Kenya. In his short 8 years of career, he has built, led, and advised multiple enterprise-led businesses in a global scale. He currently manages growth, strategy, and expansion at Xoxoday.

He loves to travel and has experienced from 70+ countries. He represented India in a few rare expeditions viz. Mongol Rally (one of the longest car-drive in the world from London to Mongolia), The Great African Nile River Ride, and -40 Degrees Greenlandic Expedition.

Sarbvir Singh heads Policybazaar.com, India’s leading insurtech company. He is responsible for the overall business performance of PolicyBazaar.

Prior to joining Policybazaar, he was a venture capitalist and also served in senior leadership positions with digital and media companies. He was most recently the Managing Partner of WaterBridge Ventures, a leading early-stage venture fund. 

Over his career, Sarbvir has led venture investments in industry-leading companies like BookMyShow, Yatra, DoubtNut, ZipLoan and Webchutney. He served as the founding Managing Director of Capital18, Network18’s venture arm and as Regional Advisor to JP Morgan PEG for their investments in India. He also held leadership positions with Citigroup in New York and Emerson Electric in Hong Kong.

Sarbvir is a graduate of IIT Delhi and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
