Mohit Burman is the Chairman of Dabur India Ltd, a leading FMCG major with presence in over 120 countries across the world. He is a graduate from Richmond College in Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration and Economics (Double major: Marketing and General Management) and holds an MBA in Finance from Babson Graduate School of Business, Massachusetts.
A fifth-generation member of the Burman family, promoters of Dabur India Ltd, Mohit is the driving force behind the Burman family’s foray into the Financial Services sector. He is the Managing Director of Elephant Capital plc, a public limited company, listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, and also promoter and co-owner of the Indian Premier League cricket team Punjab Kings.
He has been helping set and evolve the strategic direction for the various business ventures floated by him and the Burman family, while nurturing the strong professional leadership teams across businesses to drive its execution. Mohit has also been actively involved in expanding Dabur India’s presence in the overseas markets and has also played a critical role in key acquisitions by Dabur India, both in India and in the overseas markets.
He sits on several Boards including Aviva India, Dabur, Mahindra Forgings. Mr. Burman started his career with Welbeck Property Partnership London and then joined Dabur Finance Ltd. a company specializing in fund and fee-based financial activities, as Senior Manager. Apart from his busy business involvement, Mohit is equally active on the social front and is associated with various social causes.
He stays in Delhi and his hobbies include Water Sports, Riding and Theatre.

Having served the ABP Group since 2005 in various roles, Mr. Avinash Pandey donned the mantle of CEO of ABP Network in January 2019. Previously, he served for over 7 years as the Group's Chief Operating Officer. In the project phase, he developed the Product Program by balancing the underlying risks in Rural Market and developed the distribution model.
