Santosh P Kumar

Santosh P. Kumar is the Chief Operating Officer of INNOCEAN India, bringing over two decades of experience across India, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

His career reflects a blend of entrepreneurial and corporate leadership. Prior to joining INNOCEAN India, Santosh founded and scaled entrepreneurial ventures and held senior leadership roles with organisations including Publicis Groupe and Hindustan Times, where he worked across media, digital, and marketing-led transformation mandates.

Shweta Vig

Shweta heads the Marketing function at Kimberly Clark India as part of the India leadership team since Sept ‘23. In her current role she is looking after the Baby and Fem Care Categories for KC-India, and is looking to strengthen the respective brand positions for Huggies and Kotex focussing on Consumer Inspired Innovation and digital first Marketing efforts.

Prior to this, over the last decade, Shweta has worked in multiple roles in APAC in Vietnam and Malaysia across consumer marketing and digital leadership roles. She was instrumental in stabilizing the Baby Care YoY decline trajectory in Vietnam for Huggies and drove share gain with multiple interventions, most notable amongst them being winning Innovations across core and premium tiers.Prior to joining KC, Shweta worked in Cognizant and DXC technology in the technology consulting space and led digital transformation work with clients across APAC.

Ashish Gupta

With over two decades of rich experience in the automotive industry, Ashish Gupta holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), which was followed by a Master’s in Business Administration from Panjab University, India.

Through his vast and expansive career, Mr. Gupta has held a broad range of leadership roles including steering the strategy, sales, marketing, dealer network and aftersales functions, across brands in India and internationally. He spent his initial years in the automotive industry in Toyota Kirloskar Motor India, in different strategic and managerial roles including a three year assignment in Japan. Mr. Gupta joined the Volkswagen Group in 2013 and led different business verticals in Volkswagen Passenger Cars India. In 2020 he was elevated as Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, spearheading the roll out of the brand’s most ambitious growth strategy in India.

As of May 1, 2025 Ashish Gupta assumes responsibility as Brand Director, Škoda Auto India at the company’s India headquarters in Mumbai. India remains one of the most important markets for Škoda Auto outside Europe, and Mr. Gupta will focus on building a strong, future-ready brand with strength of purpose, clarity of vision and agility of execution.
