Avik Chattopadhyay
Co-founder & Partner, Expereal
Avik went entrepreneurial after 22 years in the automotive industry, across markets, cultures and organisations like Maruti Suzuki, ExxonMobil, Apollo Tyres, Stellantis and Volkswagen.
In December 2014 he co-founded a brand strategy and solutions consultancy called “Expereal”.
Academically, Avik is an alumnus of IMD Lausanne and XLRI Jamshedpur, having graduated in Economics from Hans Raj College, Delhi University.
He advises an automotive forum and an automobile art institution. He sits in the Advisory Board of XLRI Delhi-NCR campus and is part of a sustainable mobility think-tank called CAPR. A speaker across media platforms, Avik regularly contributes to ET Auto, MxM India, Autocar India and AutoFinTechs. His first book, “52@52” is a compilation of his essays on subjects ranging from automotive policy and brand strategy to socioeconomics.
Apart from the above Avik also sketches, follows football, and listens to all types of music. He resides in Gurgaon, Haryana with his parents.

Tarun Bhagat is the Chief Marketing Officer for India and South Asia Beverages at PepsiCo. He has been associated with PepsiCo for more than 14years and was elevated to this role after being Senior Director of Marketing for Mountain Dew, 7UP, and Mirinda – International Beverages.
Tarun is highly experienced in overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing, innovation and advertising initiatives while outlining long term strategic vision and short-term goals. In his time at PepsiCo, Tarun has led various marketing campaigns for brand promotion, increase in sales and volumes of businesses and strategic positioning of brands and sub-brands across the Beverages and Foods portfolio in India.
Tarun started his journey at PepsiCofrom being an Assistant Brand Manager and grew into the role of a brand manager for brands likePepsi, Mountain Dew, Quaker India, and Lay’s. His expertise in marketing and communication has played a pivotal role for the brands that he has been associated with. Tarun has been at the helm of disruptive and industry-first campaigns such as Pepsi Save Our Restaurants, Pepsi’s Nothing Official About It and more.
An alumnus of Symbiosis International University, Tarun brings with him a rich experience of 17 years in accelerating company growth by marketing & innovation across power brands. Prior to his appointment at PepsiCo, he was associated with United Breweries and LG Electronics.

Kush Aggarwal, born on April 18, 1997, is currently the Head of Marketing at Bikano, Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd., based in Delhi. With over 5 years of experience in the marketing domain, Kush has emerged as a strategic leader known for his innovative approaches and impactful campaigns.
Hailing from a family with a strong entrepreneurial heritage in Bikaner, Kush's journey began with his schooling at the esteemed AnandNiketan in Ahmedabad, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business from the renowned Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, USA.
As the son of Ashok Aggarwal, CEO of Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd., Kush is part of a lineage of visionary entrepreneurs, including his uncle Shyam Sunder Aggarwal, MD of Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd., and his grandfather Lal Chand Aggarwal, the esteemed founder of the company.

Anirban Banerjee is the Sr. Vice President & SBU Head (Batteries & Flashlights) of Eveready Industries India Ltd. While at the top of a legacy company like Eveready Industries India Ltd., his role is pivotal to the company’s transformation journey.
Anirban has over 23 years of experience in business leadership, sales and marketing, nurturing new businesses and product innovations with relentless focus on brand building and consumer centricity.
Prior to Eveready, Anirban spent nearly two decades with the Godrej Group in various roles within India and out-of-India. Immediately before joining Eveready, he was the Head – Marketing, Ecommerce & Exports at Godrej Indonesia, a leading household and personal care company, with market leader brands like – HIT insecticides, Stellaair fresheners, Mitubaby care and NYU hair colors in the South Asian cluster.
Earlier to that, he was the Head – Innovation, Godrej Consumer Products India, where he headed the innovation function with responsibility to grow the new products pipeline (Goodknight, Aer, Godrej Expert, Cinthol, BBlunt etc), scout for new technologies and implement innovation processes across its key business units globally. He spent some key years earlier as the Business Head - SAARC & Global Exports setting-up and directly supervising the Godrej Subsidiary and Partner operations in SAARC (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar & Pakistan). Anirban also headed Global Exports business leading Exports for all Godrej Subsidiaries from across the world.
Mr. Anirban Banerjee has been on the executive committee of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry and was a member of the CII Sub Committee on South Asia.
Before working with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., he has played a major role in setting up the luxury retail chain brand Nature’s Basket (https://www.naturesbasket.co.in/) and successfully repositioned the Nature’s Basket retail business into an Authentic World Food Retail chain.
Anirban has also worked with Reliance Infocomm at the start of the telecom revolution in the country and was responsible for widespread marketing of their CDMA services in the National Capital region. He started his career with the global major AB Electrolux and managed the resurgence of the Kelvinator brand of refrigerators and the introduction of the first Electrolux talking top-load washing machine and frost-free refrigerators in India. Nikhil Sharma
Managing Director - India, Perfetti Van Melle
Nikhil started his journey in 1999 as a Management trainee with Perfetti Van Melle India (PVM). Over the last 25 years, he assumed diverse roles within sales and marketing and has done Managing Director (MD) stints abroad before recently taking over as MD for the 350 million USD business back in India.
After doing a 3 years sales stint at the start of his career, he moved to marketing. His time since 2002 in marketing overlapped with clutter breaking advertising that went on to make PVM brands household names in India. He has, contributed immensely towards success of home grown brands like Juzt Jelly, Creamfills and Alpenliebe Eclairs. 2012 was the year, Nikhil was elevated to Marketing Director position at Perfetti Van Melle India.
In 2015 he embarked on a journey in the South East Asian markets after being appointed MD for PVM Philippines. Nikhil is credited with the turnaround story of PVM Philippines and, that business since then has grown from strength to strength.
2018 he moved to Vietnam as the MD and delivered growth even during the Covid-19 impacted years. He believes that ensuring the factory operations continued uninterrupted, despite the lockdown, was a significant win.
On his return to India, he is working towards bringing in key transformations with special focus on DEI, Sustainability and Business agility.
An engineer by education, Nikhil has done his MBA from TAPMI, Manipal.
He is an avid runner, a fitness enthusiast and a big advocate for people devoting time for self- improvement and to their families. Nikhil loves to spend as much of his free time reading and playing with his rescued and rehomed dogs.

Avi Kumar is the Chief Marketing Officer at FNP (Ferns N Petals), India’s largest and most preferred gifting platform.
As the CMO, Avi is responsible for expanding and strengthening FNP’s market presence and leadership within the gifting industry. He leads the company's marketing strategies, driving FNP’s growth and innovation strategy by enhancing engagement and penetration in key consumer segments.
Avi brings rich experience in marketing and brand management, with expertise in marketing technologies, content creation, consumer insights, and brand development. He has held senior leadership positions at coto, IGP.com, Zee5, and Big FM, where he consistently delivered accelerated business growth through innovative, data-driven strategies.
Avi’s expertise has been acknowledged with prestigious accolades, including being named the Top 30 CMO by IAMAI and the Top 40 CMO in 2019. His prowess as a marketing professional was further recognized when he was named Marketing Professional of the Year by ACEF, South Asia.

Kunal Sharma is an accomplished marketing professional with 14 years of extensive experience in sales, brand strategy, and marketing. Over the course of his career, he has contributed significantly to two renowned organizations, ITC and Dabur. Kunal's journey in the corporate world began as a Sales professional at ITC, where he honed his skills during a fruitful 5-year tenure. He subsequently joined Dabur, where he dedicated an impressive 9 years of his career, showcasing his exceptional talent and commitment to the field.
At Dabur, Kunal's rise was notable. He initiated his journey as a Trade Marketing Manager, and through dedication and strategic vision, he ascended to the esteemed position of Category Head for key segments, including Honey, Tea, and Glucose. His contributions encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including distribution infrastructure, portfolio strategy, product development, new product launches, brand planning and strategy, trade marketing and sales development, channel management, media planning, and digital interventions.
Kunal holds a strong academic background, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from PESIT Bangalore and an MBA from IIT Kharagpur. His educational foundation coupled with his professional journey has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set.
In his latest stint, Kunal Sharma has been appointed as the Associate Vice President - Marketing at KRBL, a globally acclaimed organization known for being the leading millers and exporters of branded Basmati Rice, with their flagship brand, India Gate Basmati Rice. Prior to this, Kunal had a successful stint at Dabur India, where he held the role of a Category Head. His journey commenced with ITC Limited, where he embarked on his career as a Management Trainee.
