He leads the company’s initiatives on developing innovative product offerings, ensuring effective marketing and distribution strategies for CPD in the market.
Raagjeet has over 20 years of experience in Personal Care & Beauty across different markets of India, Paris, Australia & Vietnam. Raagjeet joined L’Oréal in May 2009 and has held various leadership roles across the Groupe. In India, he successfully launched Garnier Men as a Group Product Manager and subsequently was appointed as General Manager for L’Oréal Paris, developing the brand’s Ecommerce business and ensuring a double-digit growth during his tenure. In 2019, he joined L’Oréal Australia as the L’Oréal Paris General Manager. Raagjeet was appointed as CPD Business Head of L’Oréal Vietnam, in 2021, where he led the transformation of CPD Vietnam into an e- commerce-first business that led to significant brand growth, with L'Oréal Paris leading in skincare and Maybelline in makeup.
Prior to L’Oréal, he was in marketing roles in Marico and Henkel in India. Raagjeet holds a degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
