Dheeraj hosts a podcast, Speakeasy with Dheeraj Sinha, where he discusses leadership, start-ups and brands in the new-age with global leaders.
When Dheeraj took over as CEO in 2018, he set the vision for Leo Burnett to be India’s No.1 new-age agency. By 2022, Leo Burnett has grown 40% in revenue over 2018 and almost 30% of its revenue came from new-age clients. During this period, Leo Burnett was named No. 1 Indian Agency at Cannes Lions, the APAC Agency of the Year at Spikes Asia Awards, Creative Agency of the Year at the One-Show Abby awards at GoaFest twice in a row and won several Grand Prix’s at Cannes Lions, and was awarded Leo Burnett’s Global Agency Office of the Year amongst 86 offices. It has featured in Fast Company’s list of Top 20 World Changing Ideas and Innovation by Design Awards twice in a row.
Dheeraj has won the Jay Chiat Planning Award, the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Award and the Yahoo Big Idea Chair. He is a three times winner of the Atticus Awards (WPP’s award for best published thinking). He has served on the jury of Spikes Asia Effectiveness Awards, APAC Effies, Tangrams and Asian Marketing Effectiveness awards amongst many others.
