business leadership experience in managing sales,
marketing, and account management functions in IT Services
or IT products environments. He has a deep understanding
of building sales and revenue generation functions in
start-ups and scaling organizations across industries and
regions.
Apart from leading the Growth function globally for
Yellow.ai, Neil is one of the founding members of Sales
Enablement society in India and Malaysia, Ambassador for
Future Of Sales - APAC community, Advisory Board member to
multiple start-ups in India, Malaysia, and the US, and
Mentor to the Entrepreneurship cell of BITS Pilani India.

Ritu Mehrotra

Ms. Mehrotra is currently the Regional Manager, South Asia at Booking.com. Hailing from Gurgaon, Haryana, she started off strong by gaining achievements from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (2010), Harvard Business School (2012) and graduated from Harvard University in 2013. Prior to this, she has also gained experience by reaching senior level leadership positions and built her expertise by working with renowned organizations like Pacific Global, Bristlecone, and Zomato – to name a few. In 2015, she founded Green Plate – an E-commerce site dedicated to providing corporate America with organically healthy meals. She was also Vice President, Global Growth for Zomato, where she formed a cohesive and competent enterprise team which boosted strategic partnerships at a global scale, and increased sales for Zomato product suite.
Ms. Mehrotra is very versatile and can adapt her skills to HR, marketing, sales and has been commended by her colleagues for being not only an astute entrepreneur but also a mentor who has helped build other leaders along the way.

Shalini Pillai Banerjee is Head of Marketing for Google Pay & Next Billion Users (NBU) for India. She joined Google 5 years ago as Head of SMB Marketing in India and then moved into her current role last year. Starting her career in Coca-Cola in Sales and then Brand Marketing before co-founding her own venture funded enterprise in BI SaaS space which she led for over 8 years working with some of the largest CPG and Financial Services brands. She brings her entrepreneurial spirit with a user first approach, building for India’s needs that can help drive the ecosystem forward. Wife and mother to a 10yr old boy, life is never boring and believes every morning should start with an espresso.

Vikas heads the Financial Services vertical within Amazon Pay India. In this role, he is driving the strategic direction for Amazon Pay India and scaling up key businesses including wallet and gift cards, co-branded credit cards, consumer lending, insurance and travel and lifestyle.
Vikas is a fintech industry veteran and brings more than 23 years of global experience in building and scaling businesses. In his last role at Fiserv North America, he drove exceptional growth and expanded payment and lending solutions to banks, merchants and alternative lenders. Prior to Fiserv, he held multiple roles of increasing leadership responsibility with Visa and American Express globally. He holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
