Harish Kohli, President and Managing Director of Acer India, is a transformative leader in the IT industry. With over 25 years at Acer, he has propelled the company to new heights, steering its expansion across consumer,  education, government, banking and enterprise markets. Under his leadership, Acer India has achieved innovation and market dominance in multiple market segments paving the way for the growth of the overall industry.
Kohli’s strategic foresight has led to Acer’s successful diversification beyond PCs into new categories. He spearheaded the launch of Acerpure India, expanding Acer’s presence into smart consumer appliances, launching multiple product lines including a range of smart TVs. Simultaneously, he strengthened Acer’s leadership in enterprise solutions by introducing Altos India, offering high-end servers, workstations, and AI- powered computing solutions to cater to India’s growing demand for advanced data and AI-driven computing. These expansions have positioned Acer India as a comprehensive technology brand, catering to both consumer and enterprise needs.
A pioneer of the "Make in India" initiative, Kohli recognized the potential of domestic manufacturing two decades ago. His efforts enabled Acer to produce over 4 million IT hardware units annually, fostering job creation, skill development, and strengthening India’s self-reliance in tech manufacturing.
Beyond business, Kohli has been a strong proponent of corporate social responsibility (CSR), ensuring Acer’s initiatives align with its two of its core pillars—Health, Help. Under his leadership, Acer has launched impactful programs such as VisioNova, which provides assistive technology for children with Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI); Heal- On-Wheels, a mobile medical care initiative benefiting over 25,000 tribal individuals; and Care for Life, which offers free dialysis care to underprivileged patients. Acer has also actively contributed to reforestation and sustainability through its Earthion mission. Additionally, Kohli has driven Acer’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, championing initiatives to hire and empower underprivileged individuals, persons with disabilities (PwD), and women in leadership roles, fostering equal opportunities and workplace empowerment.

Mr. Sanjay Singal is a seasoned business leader with a successful track record of managing large P&Ls across FMCG, retail, and financial services sectors. He completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore in 1995 and brings over 30 years of experience in both family-led and multinational organizations, with a core strength in business model- level innovations. He has worked extensively in India and overseas, holding Asia-level responsibilities.
Mr. Singal is a member of the FICCI Core Food Processing Committee and the CII FMCG Committee.
Prior to joining Wagh Bakri, he was associated with ITC Limited (from 2016 onwards) as Chief Operating Officer of the Dairy and Beverages Business, where he managed P&L responsibilities across sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, R&D, finance, and HR. Before ITC, he held key roles at Dabur India Limited (2010–2016) as Marketing Head – Foods; Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (2008–2010) as Chief Marketing Officer; and Pizza Hut (Yum Restaurants International) as Senior Marketing Manager – South Asia.
He began his career with Unilever (1998–2005), serving in various roles including Regional Group Innovation Manager – Dove (based in Thailand), Senior Brand Manager – Fair & Lovely, and Customer & Channel Manager for Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh (based in Mumbai).
Mr. Singal is married to Mrs. Sonika, an artist and homemaker. They are blessed with two children: their son Sanket is an engineer working for a U.S.-based new energy company, and their daughter Sonali is pursuing a career in advertising.
