• Professional who are based in India.
• One completely filled nomination form per candidate
• A high-resolution image of each nominee of at least 300dpi and a minimum of 6” across at the widest point (A good rule of thumb is that a JPEG image should be at least 5MB and a PNG image around 8MB).
• A letter from the Managing Director or the CEO or the Promoter or the Owner of the company saying that you are authorized to enter or nominate someone to listing process and that the information being submitted is correct. If you are the Promoter or the Owner or the Managing Director of the company, a copy of the Memorandum of Association.
• Proof of age.
• Maximum 120second video telling the jury why should be on the e4m Digital 40 under 40 lists. It should be in .MOV/ MP4 format and no more than 350MB.
• Applicant should be under the age of 40 years as on 31^st November 2023.
• All nomination are paid and submitted online
