Rules & Guidelines

Eligibility Period

  • Campaigns, projects, and initiatives executed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 are eligible for nomination.
  • Work may have launched a bit earlier, provided the major impact/results occurred during the eligibility period.
  • Client approval is mandatory for all submitted nominations.

Nomination Guidelines

Originality of Work
All nominations must be original and created for a legitimate client, brand, or organization.
Duplicate, misleading, or fabricated entries may lead to disqualification.

Multiple Category Submissions
The same campaign/project may be submitted across multiple relevant categories.
Each category submission must be tailored with category-specific justification.

    Nomination Content Requirements

  • Register to create your Login ID & Password.
  • Login to access the nomination form, which must be completed in English.
  • Upload your presentation along with supporting creative materials (audio-visual/images) via a Google Drive link.
  • Ensure the shared Google Drive link is set to Public access.
  • Please ensure the owner does not delete the file from their system after uploading, as it may result in the file being removed from Google Drive access.
  • The creative presentation should not exceed:
    90 seconds for videos
    10 - 12 slides for presentations
  • The jury prefers audio-visual submissions. Including audio in video entries is highly recommended.
  • Do not upload multiple single photos or separate videos on the drive link. Please compile all supporting creatives into one proper presentation or video format.
  • Do not replicate the same content from the entry form in the presentation. Keep the PPT concise, relevant, and visually clear.

Payments

  • All payments must be made online.
  • Entries will be considered only after payment confirmation.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
