Judging Criteria
Screening of Nominations:

The winners are selected through an extensive selection process. Jury members will independently review each submission and assess them according to specific judging criteria. Nominations that do not meet the established criteria will be disqualified. e4m Real Time Programmatic Advertising Awards shall not be liable to provide any explanations for the disqualification of nominations.

Criteria for Judging:

Strategy (20%)
A nomination should demonstrate an approach to the overall purpose and target audience throughout each element of the campaign.

Points to consider:

  • Delineate the strategic objective - sales, leads, market share, brand awareness, etc.
  • Identify the target audience.
  • What was the creative and media strategy?
  • Context - Is this the first year of the campaign? If not, how did it align with the previous year’s results? Was any new technology used?

Execution/Media Results (20%)
Jury shall focus on the alignment of the strategy with the result through the effective use of resources, technology and implementation of the campaign.

Points to consider:

  • How the campaign was implemented and what was the level of success?
  • How did the execution help achieve results?
  • How was digital integrated in overall marketing strategy?
  • How creative or sophisticated was the campaign?
  • What did the digital medium bring to the campaign that other channels missed?
  • How was digital matched to specific markets, demographics relevant to overall campaign execution?
  • What percent of the budget went to digital?
  • What impact did the campaign have on the market?

Creativity (20%)
Jury shall focus on a few elements of the campaign like content, design, technological innovation, and the unique nature and/or originality of the underlying idea. It includes writing, music, and relevant use of animation, video or anything that communicates a creative marketing message.

Points to consider:

  • Consumer engagement.
  • Integration with the overall campaign.

Innovation (20%)
Jury shall focus on a few elements of the campaign like content, design, technological innovation, and the unique nature and/or originality of the underlying idea. It includes writing, music, and relevant use of animation, technology, video or anything that communicates an innovative marketing message.

Points to consider:

  • Delineate the strategic objective- sales, leads, market share, brand awareness, etc.
  • Integration with the overall campaign.

Results (20%)
Jury shall evaluate the submission on the basis of the results of the campaign, based on whether the campaign achieved desired results? Was it able to reach the target audience? Or any other statistic which will help in proving the results of the campaign.

Points to consider:

  • Did the campaign achieve its goals, qualitative and quantitative?
  • How did the consumer receive the campaign?
  • How innovative was the campaign?
  • What impact did the campaign have on the market?

Please note:
- Make your submission concise but provide enough relevant background information to enable the judges to make an informed choice.
- The judges reserve the right to re-allocate nominations that in their view are entered in an incorrect category. The judges also reserve the right to remove categories where nominations do not meet the standard for nomination.
- All nominations along with supporting statistics/material will be maintained confidentially.

Mandatory points to be included in your nomination:
  • Campaign summary.
  • Campaign objectives and predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • How were the KPIs achieved? Describe the achievement providing evidence.
  • What forms of advertising (for example, Display, Video, Audio, DOOH) were used and the extent of contribution by each towards the achievement of objectives?
  • How was the performance of the campaign measured?
  • What made the campaign innovative?
  • Scope for scalability of the campaign.
  • Role of Programmatic in the success of the campaign.
Eligibility

Nominations must have been live in the market at some point between 1st July 2024 and April 2026. Campaigns that began before or ended after the eligibility window remain valid, provided a substantial portion of the campaign was active during this period.

Language Requirements

Nominations submitted in a language other than English or Hindi must include a complete and direct translation of all submitted materials (PPTs, AVs, advertisements, posters, etc.). Summaries will not be accepted.

  • For non-English/Hindi video nominations: include subtitles or dubbed audio.
  • For non-English/Hindi audio nominations: provide a full transcript (digital file) or a video version with subtitles.
Submission Format

All nominations must be submitted in either Presentation (PPT) or Audio-Visual (AV) format, along with supporting creative assets (videos, images, etc.).

  • Upload the presentation to Google Drive and provide a publicly accessible link in the nomination form.
  • Presentations must not exceed 20 slides.
  • Supporting AVs are optional but recommended and must not exceed 3 minutes in duration.
  • AVs may be hosted on YouTube or Google Drive; all submitted links must be set to public access.

Submission & Supporting Material
  • A creative/campaign screenshot (mandatory) must be uploaded via Google Drive.
  • A PDF of the campaign report (including summary, campaign details, results, etc.) is mandatory and must be shared via Google Drive.
  • Nominators are encouraged to submit a case study video (maximum duration: 180 seconds) to support the campaign. This helps the jury evaluate the work more effectively.
  • Only YouTube or Vimeo links will be accepted (no file uploads).

How to Proceed

Interested participants should confirm their nominations, along with the categories they wish to participate in, by the Nomination Confirmation Timeline ( End of August).

Participating entities can then prepare and submit their nominations on or before the Nomination Submission Deadline ( End of August).

Upon confirmation of nominations, the e4m team will initiate the Proforma Invoice (PI) process. Participants are requested to complete the billing formalities and payment within the stipulated timeline to ensure their nominations are processed successfully.

Nomination Review: Once the submission and payment processes are completed, nominations will proceed for jury evaluation.

Payment Instructions:
  • The payment can be made through credit card, cheque, demand draft or RTGS payment mode.
  • The payment should be done in the name of ‘Future Play Holdings’.
  • Cheque/DD- to be drawn in favour of ‘Future Play Holdings’ and must reach our Delhi/NCR office at B-20, Sector 57, Noida – 201301.
