He is a Sr. Vice President and heads Analytics Consulting and Solutions in Group Data & Analytics at Aditya Birla Group based in Bangalore. He enables improved business decision making using data in the group’s varied businesses, ranging from Cement, Chemicals, Metals, Textiles to Fashion Retail & Financial Services. Before joining ABG, he played leadership roles in companies such as Tredence, Mu Sigma and the Tata group. He worked closely with the business users globally for several years as well as led analytics solutions & delivery, thus has a greater appreciation of the data and analytics in business transformation. He advises start-ups and academia with the intent to build a stronger ecosystem required to realize business value from data.

He holds a Master degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute.

A season business marketer, Pooja Baid has over 14years of experience in building businesses from scratch and establishing brands through creative and unique marketing strategies. As Head of Marketing Strategies, Pooja is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brands’ recognition across India. She is focused on driving the company purpose of turning houses into homes.

Prior to joining Philips Domestic Appliances, Pooja was Head end-to-end Marketing Strategy & Experiences at Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd, where along with her team, she delivered memorable campaigns like ‘Har Hath Toofaan’ & ‘Palat De’ for Thums Up and India’s 1st Metaverse Wedding for Coca-Cola, among others. She has also been associated with ITC Ltd., where she played an integral part in building several brands through her various roles.
