Winners will be chosen by a jury consisting of marketing leaders from across various verticals.
Judges will score participants based on criteria that broadly include—but are not limited to—the following: achievement against objectives, scope of operations, business growth, client profile and disciplines, new business wins, client retention and relationships, awards and recognition, staff retention and development initiatives, and the agency's/personnel’s contribution to the advancement and reputation of the industry during the review period. This includes examples of work, tools, and initiatives that have led the industry towards advancement and change.
The information presented to the jury will be based on:
1. The information dockets must be submitted in a standard format. For categories excluding Specialist agencies, the participants must submit their information in a PPT format, not exceeding 10 slides.
2. For the Specialist agencies, participants must upload a PPT, not over 6 slides. (The headers for the PPT are mentioned at the bottom of each main category)
3. All information provided in the presentations is solely for judging purposes and will be treated as confidential at all times.
4. e4m understands that disclosing billing numbers and financial data may be sensitive. It is recommended to provide information published by credible research firms such as COMvergence or similar sources. Providing as much information as possible will help the jury evaluate you agency/ individual better. If specific data cannot be shared, approximate figures, percentages, or ballpark numbers should be provided. These figures must be authorized by the Head of the Agency/Network and should be stated in INR.
5. The evaluation period is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The last date to submit presentations is July 10, 2025. There is no submission fee.
6. e4m may contact the clients associated with any of the agencies at the request of the jury during the judging process if questions arise regarding the implementation or presentation of the work.
7. A URL containing the necessary information in the form of PPT about your organization—mandatory. While not compulsory, it is advisable to include a short AV from the Head of the Agency explaining why your agency is the best in the submitted category. Submissions will be considered incomplete until the URL with a PPT/AV has been submitted.
8. The PowerPoint must be uploaded to Google Drive, and the URL must be provided in the registration form under the “Reference Material URL” field. The file size must not exceed 2 MB (maximum of 10 slides). Please ensure the Google Drive settings are set to Publicly Viewable. The content must remain accessible until the night of the award show.
9. Participation does not guarantee an award. Each submission undergoes a thorough judging process, and winners are selected solely based on the content submitted. For queries, please contact michelle.noronha@exchange4media.com
10. By submitting the presentation, entrants confirm they have carefully read and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
11. The jury’s decision regarding the winners will be final and binding.
