Sarika Naik

Sarika is the Chief Marketing Officer and Chairperson for D&I at Capgemini Technology Services, India. She bears nearly two decades of rich and diverse industry experience, with a rare combination of global marketing, sales & corporate functions.

At Capgemini, she is responsible for enhancing the Brand amongst customers, employees and industry at large. She has been also playing an active role in shaping the organization’s diversity practices and is committed towards building a more inclusive workplace at Capgemini. Sarika is also a Capgemini Expert in Corporate Functions, Front Line Sales, and Global Marketing.

Sarika is also appointed as the Head of the Center Head Organisation (CHO) at Capgemini in India. The CHO is the nerve-centre of the 100,000+ organisation with presence across 12 locations in India and plays a pivotal role in creating a uniform, consistent, sustainable and scalable Capgemini experience for all stakeholders - both internal and external - across all locations.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Sarika was the Global Head of Marketing for Infrastructure and Cloud Computing business and Customer Experience Head for Dell Services, India. While leading the marketing function, she has pioneered initiatives to enhance organization’s brand presence through integrated marketing programs and was part of Dell India Employee Welfare board.

Prior to Dell, she was with Wipro for over 15 years having worn many hats in roles spanning sales, process excellence, customer advocacy and marketing for Global Infrastructure Services and Wipro InfoTech. As CMO for Wipro India business & Head - Marketing for Global Infrastructure Services, she led Wipro’s brand enhancement globally through integrated marketing programs, sales enablement and client pursuit strategies, influencer relations - Analyst, Advisors and Media, demand generation and lead nurturing, Digital Marketing and Account Based Marketing and large scale Joint Partner Programs.

Sarika was also the Ombudsperson & Head of PSHC (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee) based on the credibility & high integrity demonstrated over the years at Wipro.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. Sarika is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in DMAIC, LEAN and TQSS Methodologies.

I am based out of Bangalore, India.
I joined ITC in 2007 as Head of Consumer Insights and over the last 15 years I have been lucky to be a part of the organization which grew ten folds to 1.5 Billion Dollar Business. I was instrumental into our forays into multiple food and beverage categories like Snacks, Juices, Chocolates, Noodles and Coffee.
Understanding consumers and their needs has always excited me and the quest has hence been to innovate systems and processes to keep ITC ahead of the curve and create winning solutions for the business. As data and analytics became more important in the area of decision making, I got the opportunity to spread my sphere of contribution. Today we have been able to go beyond the traditional analytical process to adapting the new age practice of machine learning and using artificial intelligence to predict outcomes with higher degree of accuracy.
Having set the practice of analytics, we focused to develop capabilities in the field of Digital Marketing. As a CDMO, I get the opportunity to be at the cusp of strategy, creative thinking, build innovative offers and create capabilities in the organization to be future ready. I feel like being a student 20 years back and even now. Hope to continue in the quest of knowing the new and implementing the best.

Kapil Grover

Kapil Grover is the Chief Marketing Officer of Burger King India and leads all marketing initiatives for the brand. Being a seasoned marketer with 22 years of rich experience, Kapil has a proven track record of building brands and driving relevant consumer innovations. As the head of marketing, he is entrusted with leading and formulating Burger King India’s marketing strategy that aims to reinforce the brand’s presence with a strong Menu strategy. He is also strengthening online delivery channels for Burger King India especially the BK App.
In his previous role as Chief Marketing Officer with Domino’s, he has built new channels like train delivery, launched the new brand positioning of Dil Dosti Dominos and helped accelerate brand recovery during the pandemic. Prior to this, he had spent almost eight years with KFC where he was instrumental in leading growth initiatives and creating engaging brand activations that won several awards. Kapil’s other stints include brands such as Radico Khaitan and Luxor Writing Instruments. He has recently been named as one of the Top 60 CMOs in India by StartupLanes. Kapil is married to Shelly and has a daughter, Hunar.
