Shilpi Dubey Pathak brings over two decades of leadership experience in marketing, brand, and digital transformation. As Head of Digital Marketing at the Mahindra Group, she leads the corporate brand’s social media and web ecosystem and oversees the Group’s end-to-end Online Reputation Management (ORM) mandate, including real-time social listening and crisis response.
A seasoned brand strategist, Shilpi has played a pivotal role in shaping purpose-driven, digital-first brand narratives across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Disney Star, Hinduja Group, and The Times Group, along with hands-on entrepreneurial experience in setting up and scaling start-up processes at Trivone Digital Services. She is widely recognized for building high-impact platforms that combine contextual storytelling, cultural insight, and data-led reputation management.
Shilpi’s work has earned multiple industry accolades, including the Customer Delight and Brand Engagement Award at the World CRM Summit, Social Media Superwoman of the Year (2016) by Social Samosa, and LinkedIn Top Voice in Content Marketing (2024). She has also led award-winning campaigns and digital properties that have driven measurable brand affinity and social impact.
She holds an Executive Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and is a gold medalist in English Literature. With a deep interest in human behaviour, culture, and social trends, Shilpi brings a rare blend of strategic rigor and intuitive storytelling to her leadership approach.
Shilpi is based in Mumbai with her husband, Prashant Kumar, an entrepreneur in the Deep Tech space, and their two sons, Ipsit and Swanik.
