Nomination submission is a completely online process.

• It is mandatory for all entrants to submit their nominations in an AV or presentation format.
• Please make sure the AV or PPT is uploaded on Google Drive or YouTube and the shareable link is submitted in the nomination form. The PPT should not exceed more than 12 slides & the video should not exceed more than 2 minutes.
• Work done for the period July 1st 2025 to June 30th 2026 qualify to enter. (Campaign that have been introduced earlier but ran during this period or continued running after this period, are also eligible to enter)
• All nominations must be submitted in the original language of the work. If the nominations are not in English or Hindi, a transcript is mandatory.
• There is no limit to the number of nominations an organization can submit.
• If the same campaign/work is submitted under multiple categories, it will be considered as separate nominations and should be accompanied with separate nomination fees.
• Nominations will not be considered completed until full payment has been made.
• Convenience charges will be applicable to the maximum of 3.54% of the total value of the invoice if the payment is made via The Maddies portal.
