Mr Rohit Jawa (56) is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited
(HUL). He is also a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive (ULE).
Rohit started his career with HUL as a management trainee in 1988. He has a proven track record of
sustained business results across India, Southeast Asia, and North Asia. As EVP North Asia and Chairman
Unilever China, Rohit helped transform the business into Unilever’s third largest globally. He developed
a distinct strategic agenda for China, championed digitalisation and premiumisation, and steered the
business very capably through the Covid crisis.
As the Chairman of Unilever Philippines, he led the business to become one of the top 10 markets for
Unilever globally. He is deeply passionate about integrating the strength of traditional markets with
digital technologies and future-fit business models.
Rohit has a bachelor’s degree from St Stephen’s College and an MBA from the Faculty of Management
Studies, both at the University of Delhi, India. He is an alumnus of IMD Business School, Lausanne,
Switzerland, where he completed the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives in 2018. Rohit also
completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2022.
Rohit served as the founding Secretary for the Food Industry Asia, Singapore, in 2010 and Co-Chair of
the 'Grow Asia Philippines' along with the Secretary of Agriculture, Philippines in 2015-16, a World
Economic Forum initiative for inclusive business models in agriculture. In addition, he served on the
Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) China board, a global, CEO-led collaboration for positive change. Since
July, 2023 he is an Executive Committee Member of Vikaasa, a coalition that collaborates to accelerate
India's progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He is also a Trustee of Breach Candy
Hospital.
In his free time, Rohit enjoys music, learning about different cultures, engaging with stories and
travelling.

Charu is a senior industry veteran with 32 years of experience in real
estate, of which 25+ years are in Asset & Property Management. At JLL, Charu has led the Property &
Asset Management division for India post which from 2019 onwards, she has been leading the Strategy
& Platform for APAC as well as overseeing the Emerging Markets, including India, Indonesia, Thailand &
Philippines, accounting for nearly 600 million sq. ft, 750 assets and 4900 staff. The focus is to provide
uniform technology-based delivery solutions to clients, increasing market presence and enhancing
services around human experience.
Charu also spearheads JLL's Culture & Employee experience initiatives firm-wide and champions CSR
activities for India.
Dhiraj Relli
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Castrol India
Dhiraj Relli oversees all aspects of the company’s institutional, retail business and
operations. With a career span of over three decades, he has been a member of the HDFC
family since 2008. He has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Branch
Banking at HDFC Bank, where he managed Retail Branch Banking spread across 800
branches geographically.
Prior to this, he worked as the Country Head, Branch Banking with Centurion Bank of
Punjab and held various posts with ICICI Bank and other well-known financial services
organizations. Mr. Relli is a member of various key advisory committees in exchanges
across the country.
A B.Com. (Honours) graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Relli is a qualified Chartered
Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and did an Advance
Management Program from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Gautam Khanna
CEO, Hinduja Hospital
Mr. Gautam Khanna boasts a 33-year career in leadership roles within the business sector. Presently, he serves as the CEO of P.D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, achieving global recognition in Newsweek World's Best Hospital Rankings. Simultaneously, he leads Hinduja College of Nursing and participates in the governing council of K P B Hinduja College of Commerce. His previous tenure of 22 years at 3M, a multinational conglomerate, saw him as the Executive Director and Country Business Leader for 3M Healthcare Businesses in South Asia. He is actively engaged in numerous Indian industry associations, including QCI (Quality Council of India), AOH (Association of Hospitals) Mumbai, Nathealth, and FICCI. With multiple accolades and affiliations, Mr. Khanna is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta.

Kedar Lele, Managing Director of Castrol India, is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience. Before joining Castrol, Kedar spent two transformative decades at Unilever, where he held various leadership roles, the latest being Executive Director of Hindustan Unilever Ltd, responsible for Sales & Customer Development, South Asia. His time at Unilever was marked by strategic contributions that fuelled consistent & competitive growth, including spearheading the company's e- commerce initiatives in India and leading Unilever Bangladesh as Chairman & Managing Director.
Kedar's career spans Advertising, Digital Innovation, and Sales, with expertise in Marketing, Customer Development and General Management. He is known for his compassionate leadership, his ability to navigate complex business landscapes, and strong relationship-building skills.
Recognized by the Economic Times as one of the “40 under 40" business leaders in 2014, Kedar holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing & Operations from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA). Mahesh Gupta
Founder-Chairman, Kent RO Systems Ltd
Dr. Mahesh Gupta is a first-generation entrepreneur and is known
worldwide for revolutionizing the water purification industry in India. He
is the Founder-Chairman of Kent RO Systems Ltd., India’s leading RO
Water Purifier Company.
Dr. Mahesh Gupta has been a very bright student from the early
childhood days and always used to excel in academics during
school days. He went on to do his Mechanical Engineering from
the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur IIT and
then he pursued his masters from Indian Institute of Petroleum,
Dehradun.
Dr. Mahesh Gupta began his early career in 1978 with the prestigious
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. In 1988, he bid goodbye to the oil sector
giant, with a mission to save the precious petroleum products, and
ventured into the business of manufacturing oil conservation
equipment. This business was based entirely on his home grown
innovations
Dr. Gupta then launched India’s first domestic RO water purifier and
started the company from a scratch. Competing with the leading national &
international brands, he brought Kent RO Systems Ltd., to a leading position
commanding a market share of about 40% in RO water purifier segment.
It is well known fact that 70% of diseases to mankind are because of impure
water. To tackle this challenge Dr. Gupta invented the Mineral RO and
millions of people have advantaged from this technology and have been able
to protect their family from the fatal water borne diseases.
Dr. Gupta has always looked at projects which are big on
Sustainability and energy saving.
The project to manufacture Kuhl Power Saving Fans has
been initiated to save electrical energy. These fans are based
on the latest BLDC Technology and saves energy. Kuhl Stylish
Fans uses only 28 W electricity as against 80 W of Induction
Fans and thus saves massive up to 65% electricity. What’s
more these are Smart Fans which operate on Smart Phones,
Remote , Alexa and WiFi and some of the most unique
features like downlight, ring light and reverse mode.
Kuhl Power Saving Fans are being manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant at Noida. The project has been
set up at a cost of over Rs 200 Cr. There are over 25 Ultra Stylish Fans in current range - Platin, Luxus,
Brise and Prima, in 1500, 1200 and 900 Sweep. Launched in January 2023 these fans have been able to
establish its unique style language and technology edges and are truly called Power Saving Stylish Fans.
In recognition of his contribution to the water purification
industry, he is known as the PURE WATER MAN of India.
Dr. Gupta has also been conferred upon by an Honorary
Doctorate degree by Sri Sri University Orissa, for his
contribution in providing safe and healthy drinking water in
Rural and Urban areas.
Dr. Gupta’s contributions as well as innovations have been widely applauded
by the media. He has received innumerous awards and accolades from the
national and international organizations. In 2013, he was awarded the IIT-K
Distinguished Alumni Award for his contributions to be industry as well to the
society. He has also been awarded as Asia’s Most Promising Leaders and
was also awarded the prestigious ET NOW Leaders of Tomorrow Award,
amongst many others.
Dr. Mahesh Gupta has great interest in academic. He is presently on the
Board of Governors of IIT Kanpur, Board of Governors of Jaipuria Institute of
Management, Board of Governors of New Delhi Institute of Management and
helping in shaping young minds.
Dr. Mahesh Gupta has been very actively involved with industry bodies
like ASSOCHAM, CII & PHD Chamber of Commerce. He completed his
term as the President of PHD Chamber in 2016. During his tenure, he
revolutionized the Chamber and brought it into prominence through his
interactions with Govt. and key administrators. His views have been
widely covered by print and electronic media & many of the views have
been incorporated into policies of the Govt.
After being nominated as a Swachh Bharat ambassador, by
the President of India, Dr. Mahesh Gupta adapted 8
backward villages with a commitment to improve the
conditions of sanitation. With the help of Art of Living rural
teams, more than 1100 water purifiers have been distributed,
around 225 toilets have been built, and workshops are
regularly being conducted for sensitizing the local
community on the importance of hygiene & sanitation.
Mainak Dhar
Managing Director, India, McCain Foods
Mainak Dhar has had a 28-year-long career with blue-chip consumer goods multinationals. Beginning his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble, he worked across the APAC region for 18 years, driving transformational acceleration on brands in diverse categories and markets, winning multiple EFFIES and a Cannes Bronze. Meenakshi Nevatia is the Country President & Managing Director for Pfizer India effective April 3, 2023
Prior to joining Pfizer, Meenakshi has been the Managing Director for Stryker India. Stryker is a leading
Medical Technology business. Meenakshi was responsible for building Stryker’s business strategy and setting
up the organization for long-term, sustainable growth in the Indian market. Additionally, one of Meenakshi’s
priorities was to build a winning culture and cultivate a strong commitment to Stryker’s mission and values in
India. Meenakshi was on the Board of the Medical Technology Association of India (MTAI), in the Governing
Council of Nathealth and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and was the C0-Chair of the Med Tech
Committee at AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce).
Prior to joining Stryker, Meenakshi had a successful 15-year stint with Novartis, where she served in various
